A bright apartment in a one-story villa for rent. Access to private terrace and garden area surrounded by lavender. The location is quiet and located in a scenic setting, with walking distance to the sea and to Tjörnedala art gallery. Baskemölla is a beautiful fishing village with ancient origins, 5 km north of Simrishamn, there is a swimming area and its own harbor. Stay in rooms as part of a studio! Enjoy a special accommodation (but not for children under the age of 16) in a studio located in a separate house on the fair Österlen. Guests have access to their own bedroom, bathroom, dining table and fridge. A good breakfast and cleaning is included! The farm, built in 1890, is located by a small gravel road in a village about three kilometers from the sea and the fishing village Brantevik. In Brantevik there are restaurants, a small harbor with a fish shop, wonderful cliff baths and beautiful coastal walking paths.

The location of the house is great for bicycle rides and hiking along the coast. Rock baths, wonderful white beaches in the near. Three bicycles (as well as two for children) that can be borrowed free of charge. Our guesthouse is located in a village with several restaurants/cafes that are mainly open in summer summertime. You will like the small charming house because of the tranquility, the privacy of the garden and the proximity to the sea. The house is only about 150m from the beach. The listing is best suited for couples or the small family.

Newly built house in Vik, with room for 5 people. Wonderful views from the balcony and the two patios. Living room with kitchen, spacious hall, tiled bathroom, upstairs with living room and bedroom. Near Stenshuvud National Park, Almond Man's Gardens and two fantastic golf courses. A minute walk to the beach and port but also to the bus stop with good transport to Simrishamn and Kristianstad. A wonderful place for those who want lazy days but also for those who want to have wonderful nature experiences.

Stay in a classic Shepherd's hut in the middle of Folk & Fruit's organic apple farm. A wagon built throughout in solid eco materials. Equipped with a double bed, a kitchen, a fireplace, a shower, and a WC. The wagon is completely off grid. Skåneleden (SL4) runs just below the house. 5 km south is Simrishamn with restaurants, cafés and shops. To the north you take the wonderful promenade in the footsteps of Carl von Linnaeus towards the fishing community of Vik. Proximity to fantastic sandy beaches and all the little grains of gold that Österlen has to offer. Note: Rental 2025 v24-v27 (weekly) and v32-v35 (weekly)

We had a wonderful stay in the Pontus vacation home! The accommodation is not only very beautiful, but also bright, cozy and furnished with great attention to detail. Everything was very clean and well maintained – you immediately feel comfortable. Pontus is a great host: friendly and always easy to reach if you have any questions. The communication was very quick and easy.

We had a fantastic week in Österlen with Jacob's lovely little house as a base. The house is small but well disposed. Our kids took advantage of the neighbors' horses and cats. The area is full of beautiful places, great restaurants and lovely beaches - and the local beach that we had almost to ourselves - is the best of them all. Thanks also to Jacob for nice conversations and great recommendations for the area.

We enjoyed a wonderful week at Ann and Hans's - both are super nice, likeable hosts, we lacked nothing, were completely well taken care of and on top of that there were still self-picked chanterelles for the barbecue :) The views and access to the sea were indescribably beautiful, as were the entire environment of the property. Beautiful nature and friendly people. We will be happy to come back!

We loved this seaside guest house! It was steps from the water and beautifully decorated. The bed was very comfortable and the apartment is well equipped and there is a private patio. Paul is a wonderful host and very responsive. We would definitely stay here again.

We rented this home a whole week that went too fast! Erik and Matilda's home is a paradise, beautiful surroundings, close to the beach and morning swim in the sea. Here our family found peace and quiet for a week in a cozy and very tastefully decorated house, in a beautiful and nice garden, in a cozy little village located in one of Sweden's most beautiful areas.

We chose Baskemölla cause we were never there, only around, in Simrishamn and Åhus. Baskemölla is cute! It is really worth a visit, beautiful surroundings, nice and peaceful nature around, exactly what we wanted. Hanna and Pontus are great hosts, they answer quickly, and are very helpful with all the information. The house is in front of the beach and there is a family of seans living in front! The house is very cozy, clean and comfortable, with space enough to a family, everything one could need, very well cared and decorated. We will come back for sure, and we strongly recommend!
