Perfect location for those of you who want to discover Österlen and at the same time stay in the countryside. You will stay in our apartment, which is located in one wing of our farm in Karlaby. Here you live in the countryside but still only 15 minutes to the beautiful sandy beaches at Knäbäckshusen. If you prefer to stroll and experience the small town idyll, Simrishamn is only 8 minutes away by car. For those who play golf, there are two nice golf courses at Österlens Golf Club within 15 minutes by car. In addition, there are all the sights in Kivik, Baskemölla, Rörum, Ystad, etc.

Stay near the sea in Brantevik on Österlen

The location of the house is perfect for bicycle rides and hiking along the coast. Rocky swimming areas, wonderful white beaches nearby. Three bicycles (as well as two for children) that can be borrowed for free. Our guest house is located in a village with several restaurants/cafés that are mainly open in the summer. You'll like the little charming house because of the tranquility, the secluded garden and the proximity to the sea. The house is only about 150 meters from the beach. The accommodation is best suited for couples or small families.

After a few kilometers of magical winding forest road up the hills, you will come to this unique cottage. The forest ranger's cabin is located at a high altitude and the view of Hanöbukten with Stenshuvud nature reserve in the background is unique. A fantastic accommodation right on the sandy beach of the beautiful fishing village, Brantevik. If harmony and tranquility are to be placed in one place, it is here. Here, fantastic walking and cycling trails await right at your doorstep. If you go south, you will experience the genuine Brantevik that turns into the beautiful "Grönet" that offers both lovely swimming by cliffs or calm, peaceful walks along the sea. If you go north, a lovely walking and cycling path awaits you to the picturesque Simrishamn.

Stay in a classic Shepherd's hut in the middle of Folk & Fruit's organic apple farm. A wagon built throughout in solid eco materials. Equipped with a double bed, a kitchen, a fireplace, a shower, and a WC. The wagon is completely off grid. Here, you can be completely disconnected and experience the feeling of staying in the middle of an apple orchard. The nearest neighbours are Baskemölla eco village with its varied architecture. 500m down to Baskemölla harbour for morning swim from the harbour pier.

Skåneleden (SL4) is just below the house. 5 km south is Simrishamn with restaurants, cafés and shops. To the north, take the wonderful beach promenade in Carl von Linné's footsteps towards the fishing community of Vik. Proximity to fantastic sandy beaches and all the little gems that Österlen can offer. Note: Rentals 2025 week 24-27 (weekly) and week 32-35 (weekly)

Cozy apartment in a courtyard house in Södra Mellby, Österlen. There is a private patio, a living room with kitchenette and sleeping loft with room for three people. The entire old Skåne farmhouse has been newly renovated in the past year and the guest house is part of the farmhouse, which also houses an artist's studio and gallery. The guest house has a separate entrance. Of course, the cottage is also decorated with art from the studio.

The house is located in Baskemölla hills, just above the fishing village, with nightingale, cuckoo and tree frogs right nearby. Whether you come by car, bus or bike, Baskemölla is a perfect starting point for a successful Österlen vacation. Just a short walk to the sea with a swimming area and fantastic hiking trails. Dogs are welcome by arrangement, but not cats (due to allergies). Rented Sunday-Sunday during the summer season.
