Cozy little cottage on fantastic natural grounds located with good views on top of a hill up in the treetops. Located within walking distance of Ebeltoft's cobblestone streets with shops, cafes and restaurants (1 km) as well as right up to the forest, golf course and mountain bike trails. There are several different beaches that can be easily reached either on foot, by bike or by car. The house has been recently renovated and has a wood-burning stove in the living room as well as a fireplace and barbecue in the garden. The sun can be enjoyed from several wooden terraces with plenty of shelter.

Close to the forest and beach, there are plenty of opportunities to unwind or relax in quiet surroundings. Running and mountain biking trails in the forests. Walking along the beach, swimming, surfing, sailing and kayaking. Restaurants with gastronomy in a class of its own and fish restaurants in Norsminde or lunch in Skovmøllen. MOMU Viking Museum Moesgård is a neighbor.

Tiny House Lindebo er et lille hyggeligt sommerhus. Huset er placeret i en hyggelig have, med en dejlig overdækket sydvendt terrasse. Der er 200 meter til busstoppested, hvorfra bussen køre til Aarhus C. Naturen omkring huset byder både på hyggelig skov og 600 m fra huset ligger der en virkelig dejlig badestrand. Kaløvig Bådehavn ligger under en km fra huset. I huset er der spise og soveplads til 4 personer. Håndklæder, viskestykker, dyner, senge linned og brænde til den hyggelige brændeovn.

The house is located on a quiet residential street in a scenic area with lots of forest and a fantastic beach 2.5 km from the house. We also provide a bicycle. The house has 1 large bedroom with room for 3 people. A guest room with room for 1 person. 2 children's rooms. 2 bathrooms and a large lovely garden. Toyota Aygo is available for rent at an additional cost.

Relax alone or with the whole family at this peaceful place to stay. Enjoy the long views and the green surroundings. The place is 20 minutes car ride, 30 minutes bus or tram and 45 minutes bikeride from central Aarhus. Theres a 500m2 greenhouse on the plot with a dining area and gas grill, creating an forever summer garden from april to oktober. The house is beautifully situated on the property with a fantastic view of the changing seasons in Mols Bjerge.
