Holiday rentals with outdoor seating in Belvedere Park

Our weekend at Reina's Gorgeous New Modern w/ Old World Style was an absolute "Experience". Reina is an awesome host, she is helpful, responsive and flexible. Walking into the home you felt the care and thoughtfulness of every detail in this home. Everything we needed or thought we forgot was provided. The experience here made us remanence, we admired her decor, style and positive vibes. This was the ideal space for us to enjoy and unwind. The house is on the corner of a busy intersection, but once you are inside you feel like you were on an island retreat. The outdoor space was nice it could have used a little cleaning attention and mosquito repellent to make it more comfortable and relaxing (the mosquitos did get me on my legs and a few of the other guest also (Reina sent a special delivery with mosquito repellent and some other goodies). Thank you Reina for your hospitality. Our overall Experience was GREAT!

Loved our stay! A+ location with walkability to parks, restaurants, and more which was great with a 4-year old. Set in a quaint neighborhood, everyone was really friendly as well. Home was well-stocked and looked exactly as pictured. You may prefer a car in Atlanta, but it is easy to move around with ride shares.

We had a great time. The neighborhood was peaceful, walkable, and beautiful. The house was cozy and had a really good vibe! We didn't have enough time to see/do everything, with that being said it's definitely worth coming back to!

It was a great location for our family trip. All the amenities were present. The house was clean, smelled lovely! The host was very responsive and made sure the house was super clean before our arrival. Will surely be back!

I booked this property then for on the hwy. Ceci reached out explaining the unit wouldn't be ready. I asked Ceci if she could pull it together since I was driving and no time to rebook. Without hesitation she made it work. Ceci as I told you. You were true blessing. anytime I come home to visit, this is my spot.

We were looking for a place close to Atlanta and came across this home, I am so glad we chose to stay here! We were celebrating our son’s 1st birthday and wanted to check out the GA aquarium. The house was beautiful and super clean! It was a quick drive to Atlanta, but we noticed Decatur also had a very nice downtown area with restaurants and shops. Like others mentioned, it is on a somewhat busy road so it can be a little noisy but we planned ahead and brought a fan and our noise machine, so we had no issues at all when it came time to sleep. The property has plenty of outdoor space, so we were able to walk our dogs around as needed. Nardos is a great host, very quick to respond. We will definitely stay again when we visit!

Lovely place. Easy to get to, safe neighborhood. I don’t get a chance to do any of the restaurants or nightlife but I’m originally from ATL and I know the area well so you’d have tons of places to go and the Beltline isn’t that far. Super clean and comfortable. Sara communicated instructions and directions like a pro. Would stay again.

Marchet was an exceptional hostess who was always responsive and easy to communicate with. Her home was comfortable, peaceful & cozy with every ammenity that you could possibly need. I would absolutely recommend her home for anyone! We would definitely come back! Happy we found her! ☺️

If you are on the fence about renting a property from Avanna…Just do it! She is absolutely magnificent and you couldn’t ask for a better host. Sentral is such a great building with 1000 x’s more amenities than you will get at a hotel paying double the price.

Peaceful, quiet. Safe to walk my dog. The chickens in the back were a cool touch :) very cozy and had everything I needed for a last minute stay in the city

N- was kind, attentive, responsive, and super tuned into what a child might enjoy while staying in his Airbnb. Fabulous city views, great restaurants and an amazing bed that provided a good nights rest. Will definitely stay again next time we are in Atlanta!

Super charming vintage home in a nice area. Loved the porch. Very clean.

Our stay was very comfortable, everything was clean and welcoming when we got inside. It was close to all the places we planned to visit on our trip, located in a nice-looking neighborhood. Only thing would be that the temperature of the place was a bit cold with no way to change it, but I understand the circumstances given it was connected to the main house (which is something to keep in mind!). The blanket proved helpful! Overall, would recommend a stay here :)

I had a host flake on me and Jeanne was very helpful allowing me to check in early. Beautiful, unique stay. Very responsive and kind.

This was an amazing stay. The house was very cold at one point, but she didn’t hesitate to turn it to a better temperature for me overall everything went perfect perfectly and if there’s an available date, I’ll be looking forward to staying again!

We had a great stay at Teresa’s place during our recent trip to Atlanta for a concert! The apartment was exactly as pictured — clean, comfortable, and full of charm. Teresa thought of everything a guest might need and even included a helpful manual with clear instructions and local tips. We especially appreciated her restaurant and shop recommendations — everything we tried was spot on! The bed was super comfy, and the space made us feel right at home. Would definitely stay here again!

Overall, I had a great experience at Sara's condo! Sara was very detailed about all aspects of the stay, and the view from the terrace was great. The condo was clean and everything was accessible. Everything you need is within walking distance or a short Uber ride (if not wanting to drive). While this is not a deficiency with Sara/ her property, I did experience some challenges with Metropolis parking while there. So, I'd suggest parking in AAA parking lot or exploring other parking options.

This location was PERFECT!!! I had an event to go to in the area, I also brought my son and we hit legoland and sloomoo and I was less than 20 min from everything. If you know Atlanta then you know THAT MATTERS! Quiet, clean and enough room. Very responsive host as well. Best Airbnb experience I’ve had thus far. Will book again!

We had a wonderful stay for our 2 day concert at the Tabernacle. 11 minute walking time.

What was off-putting was handled swiftly and what was right was great. Anjel was a great host. I will return.

Lovely apartment with great balcony!

The space itself is very nice, plenty of room and generally clean. There were plenty of amenities and the checkout process and rules were minimal and very easy to follow. The neighborhood was OK, although being in a college area there was a prevalence of a certain illegal smoke aroma whenever we were outside. It was not noticeable at all in the apartment though. I only mention it given how often we encountered it. Overall I’d visit again and access to the Aquarium is excellent, even my almost 3 year old walked there from the apartment!

Beth’s place is centrally located to an endless amount of things to do. Her apartment is well appointed and very functional. We’ll definitely rent from Beth in the future!
