It is located on the edge of the Wakenitzniederung Nature and Landscape Protection Area, ideal for 2 to 3 people. Welcome to beautiful Ratzeburg! You will stay in the "old mill" in Ratzeburg and thus in one of the oldest buildings in the city. The apartment was furnished in 2023. You will stay quietly yet centrally. The lakes are only about 300 meters away and the city center is also within walking distance. The size of the apartment is about 33 square meters. Small but nice ;-) However, the kitchen does not have an oven. There is a private parking space and you can also sit outside

Dear holiday guests! My apartment is on the upper floor of a semi-detached house at the end of a cul-de-sac. It is very quiet and within walking distance you are at Ratzeburger See, Küchensee in the forest, in the city center or at the train station. The bright, friendly apartment can accommodate two adults (with a child if necessary) and has a living room, a double bedroom, a kitchen, a shower room and a separate toilet. Dogs are very welcome.

On the edge of a small farm complex, surrounded by horses, chickens and a pair of storks, is our functional tiny house. The large sun terrace with awning, the adjacent pond and the open view of nature invite you to relax. The interior includes: a cozy sitting area with sofa, table and chairs, a wood-burning stove, a small kitchenette, a sleeping berth (1.60 wide) and a small shower room. Outside is a toilet house with a Finnish compost toilet.

The apartment is only 35 square meters. A stay with 3 or 4 people is recommended only for a short period of time. Living and sleeping takes place in one room (see drawing). Food preparation is also limited. There are two hobs as well as pots and pans available, but no oven and no microwave. However, Lübeck invites you to eat in its various restaurants. In this cozy accommodation you will surely spend a great time.

Ihr wohnt in einen energieautarken Passivhaus Baujahr 2015. Die Energie kommt im Sommer nur von der Sonne. Anreise auch mit dem Bus von Hamburg Wandsbek direkt nach Ratzeburg oder mit dem Hamburger Verkehrsverbund Nahverkehr über Büchen/Mölln mit Großraumticket ABCDE. Alternativ Regional-Bahn aus Kiel über Lübeck nach Ratzeburg. Der Bus hält 3 Min. zu Fuß am Seniorenwohnsitz.
