It is located in the beautiful Bremen district of Schwachhausen surrounded by restaurants, cafes and beautiful shops for shopping. Concert events, the Freimarkt, museums, cafés and restaurants, the Schnoor and the city center can be reached in a few minutes by tram or on foot. For the first coffee in the morning, the petit café is right next door.

The Donnerschwee farm, first mentioned in 1937 and later built, is located in the northeast of the city of Oldenburg and was the first settlement house on the square. The Donnerschwee district emerged from an old farming village, which presumably existed since the 9th century. The surroundings impress with their proximity to the Donnerschwee meadows and their beautiful cycling and walking paths. Nevertheless, everyday necessities are within a few minutes' walk or on foot.

The apartment was rebuilt from scratch in 2021/2022 and is in mint condition.
