Enjoy the view of Kattegat from the home or terrace. Just 150 meters to a nice and child-friendly beach. Walk along the beach promenade or use the house's bicycles 3 km into Sæby harbor. The house is completely renovated and is located in a beautiful natural area. It is possible to use the facilities at the nearby campsite - mini golf, pool area, football fields and playground. You get this beautiful villa all to yourself! There are two floors with 2 bedrooms on the ground floor and 3 bedrooms on the 1st floor. 1 bathroom with shower, 1 bathroom with bathtub. Take a break and relax in this peaceful oasis, where the horses walk out in the field and the 3 free-range chickens stop by. The house is small, but well utilized.
