The old mill tower is located in a quiet single-family home settlement right in the heart of the Wesermarsch. On the four lovingly renovated floors (approx. 100 square meters) with old wooden beams there is a fully equipped kitchen and a small toilet, living area with sofa bed for two, a bathroom with shower and toilet, a separate bed and a bedroom. In the garden there are two terraces with seating, including by the water of a pond. There is a children's playground directly across the street. Guest Wi-Fi available!

We live together with two dogs in a secluded location on the edge of a small forest. Ideal for cycling enthusiasts. From here you can start great tours through the Ammerland! Seit fast 300 Jahren ist dieser besondere Ort ein Platz zum Ankommen und Durchatmen – heute möchten wir dieses Gefühl mit unseren Gästen teilen.

Das Ferienhaus liegt am Rande einer bewaldeten privaten Wochenendsiedlung. Es ist großzügig geschnitten, hell, modern eingerichtet und sehr gut ausgestattet. Paradiesisch ist es dort zu jeder Jahreszeit & perfekt für eine kurze oder längere Auszeit in der Idylle! Für die Sommermonate gibt es ein hauseigenes Standup-Paddling Board (SUP).
