The downland villages, with their picturesque pubs serving excellent food, are also close by. This makes Runcton an excellent choice for walkers, cyclists or those just looking to kick back and relax!

The SHED is ideally located in the beautiful West Sussex countryside just outside the South Downs National Park and a short drive from the coastThere are lovely walking and cycling routes straight from the door. We are well situated for trips to Goodwood ,Fontwell and Cowdray Park.The towns of Guildford,Brighton ,Chichester,Arundel and Petworth are all nearby. Well behaved dogs are welcome on leads as there is no fenced area. A travel cot for babies is available.but bedding not provided

The Little Gaff - One bedroom self contained cabin

The Little Gaff is a self contained cabin, located in an 'area of outstanding natural beauty' near the picturesque, harbour town of Emsworth. This beautiful harbourside village has many bars and restaurants and is surrounded by stunning countryside and wildlife. Little Gaff is situated in private grounds, on a secluded road, which provides secure accommodation and private parking. The cabin is raised up above road level, allowing spectacular, uninterrupted views across open marshes.

Dogs can be considered upon application (hosts have cats) If approved, we politely ask that dogs are kept on lead when in grounds of the property. Self contained single level accommodation, under a mile from the coast (7 min walk to village, plus 8 mins to the sea) The Annex has a large bedroom, bathroom plus lounge, which contains a kitchenette space Patio doors overlooks own patio area & shared rear garden. Watch the deer from your cosy barn near Goodwood

Middle Barn is a cosy, compact detached barn set in the grounds of a country house near Chichester (the sister property to Little Barn). Middle barn is designed for 4 people. The Barn has a well equipped, open plan kitchen, sitting room with wood burning stove, TV, wifi, dining room. Snuggle up & watch the the herd of wild deer grazing nearby. Stay in late summer & you may be lucky enough to watch the young fawns playing while you enjoy your morning coffee and breakfast.

Converted Granary, South Downs nr Goodwood

Our beautiful converted Granary is just across the courtyard from our farm house and is totally self contained. It is a huge open plan room with exposed beams, wooden floor, rugs, an extremely comfortable sofa bed, a mezzanine with two single mattresses suitable for agile extra guests, a kitchenette and a lovely shower room. There is an enormous bookcase which guests are welcome to borrow from during their stay and a equally large flat screen TV with Sky, Netflix etc

Wattlegate Cottage is a charming converted carthouse on a traditional working farm in the heart of the South Downs National Park.
