Thank you for a wonderful stay! The view from the kitchen was amazing, the property was spotlessly clean and spacious throughout, and the bed was very comfortable. We had the perfect, restful stay and highly recommend this Air Bnb.

Great stay in a comfortable stylish apartment. The location was perfect as were travelling without a car and could easily walk everywhere. Lots of great pubs and restaurants nearby

An absolute Gem if you want on the seafront right on the beach and pier this is your place. You can sit out on the balcony and watch the world go by on the beach. It’s perfect family apartment. The apartment was immaculate

Lovely accomodation, beautiful surroundings & everything you could ask for !

Lovely apartment with everything we needed. Good size bedrooms and the kitchen was fully stocked with utensils etc. Two minute walk through the shared garden to the stone beach so super easy to pop down. East Wittering itself had lovely cafes and bakeries plus an amazing cheese shop. Karen was helpful and very responsive. I'd have no hesitation in staying again.

Lovely quirky studio flat. Fantastic location, walking distance to everything! It is free street parking, you may not find a space immediately outside the flat, but in short walking distance, you will be able to find a space. Love the seats with beautiful flowers and plants where you can sit outside at the front. Our dog loved the beach which is a stone throw from the studio flat!

Lovely apartment by Worthing seafront, with all the comforts needed for a short stay. Super clean , all very new. The hosts were quick in communications and instructions to access very clear. We would have loved a little “welcome breakfast” kit , as we arrived late evening with a kid , and we did not have time for food shopping. Overall, very nice place to stay!

Feels like a proper holiday staying here with the beach right on the doorstep and the sun trap garden. Lovely little home, comfortable and with all the essentials as well as a fab location.

Great, private location. Easy/smooth check-in. Communicative and accommodating hosts, providing plentiful information of things to do and recommendations for the local area.

Oak Cottage is a beautiful property with typical cottage feel and modern comfortable living features as seen in the pictures. Everything you needed was provided, with plenty of crockery, pans etc. a coffee machine, coffee pods a Cafetière, tea, including herbal teas & sugar all provided. There was milk, butter & bread in the fridge. Lovely details of Chocolates in a sweet tray on the dining room table and water bottles in the bedrooms. The bathroom and ensuite had hand soap and cream, shower gel, and plenty of towels were provided. Lorna was very helpful and responsive to our messages prior to our stay, we had no need to contact her during our stay. I would highly recommend Lorna & Oak Cottage.

Carey is always responsive and happy to help as much as she can, this is our second stay here and it doesn’t disappoint, clean and everything is thought of, will definitely stay there again 😊

We couldn’t have asked for a better cottage in a breathtaking location. Lindy’s place was truly exceptional and far exceeded our expectations. Lindy was so friendly and helpful, it was a pleasure to meet her. Unfortunately, we were only able to stay for two days on this occasion, but what an amazing two days they were. Myself and our family of 5 with 3 dogs stayed at the property, and it’s quite hard to sum up the stay we had… other than perfect. This beautiful property located on the sea front, enables us to explore the nearby scenery and activities (crabbing went down well for the children) or make the most of the outdoor seating area and soak up the sun and view, we people watched all after noon and watched the world go by. Beautiful property (photos do not do it justice) and we certainly will be returning (neither of us wanted to return home after a relaxing bank holiday 3 might stay). The place was very spacious and close to the water. Kitchen was well stocked, it met our needs and we really enjoyed our stay. Parking was probably the only issue but not a big deal. I would definitely recommend this place.

Fantastic place for a visit to nearby family. Mark was a great host, the location was perfect and the flat was beautiful. We had a wonderful stay and would definitely come again!

We throughly enjoyed our stay. Bognor Regis is well located to explore the area (we went to Arundel and Chichester) and the flat itself is clean and comfortable. The kitchen is extremely well equipped and the whole place was spotless It was difficult to tear ourselves away from the sunny balcony when it was time to leave We wouldn’t hesitate to recommend David and Chloe as hosts, they were really good at keeping in touch: before, during and after our stay had finished. We would not hesitate to re-book and would recommend The Lookout to anyone considering a visit to the area

About as close to the sea as possible without being in the water! Beautiful interior, very costal blues and white pastel. Dead practical to live, ie kitchen, TV, bathroom etc. a couple of very lively pubs a few yards away, not noisy, just busy and worth a drink. Three flights of stairs are a consideration but of course the benefit is a grand, elevated view of the bay. Honestly, the description by the reviewers and the owners is about as accurate as you can get. A cracking break, Thankyou x

Excellent apartment. Cannot fault this place it was perfect for a girlie weekend. The place is spotless, clean bedding, bathroom and kitchen immaculate, and it has everything you need to make it a home from home. Location is great as we had a reunion at a local PH so no need for taxis to get us to and from the venue. Also close to gunwharf quays therefore plenty of shops and restaurants to choose from. Another bonus is the free parking at the back of the property that is gated so it is definitely more secure rather than street parking. One of the biggest highlights is the view from the apartment, Spinnaker Tower, historic dockyard and the Mary Rose. Doesn’t get much better!! Rebecca the host was very responsive when I asked about parking nearby (should we need it) and shared a video of how to use the gated car park. All in all I can’t fault the place and will look to book again next year.
