Oakwood Lodge

Take it easy at this unique and tranquil getaway. Oakwood Lodge is a converted barn on a working farm. It is set on the edge of wheat fields and nestled in amongst a woodland area. I do allow dogs, they are most welcome. The outside space is secure for them to roam freely. There’s no grass, only gravel out the front and Woodchip bark out the back. The back has been left as natural as possible. There’s some nettles and brambles to be aware of, I do trim them back so they shouldn’t be an issue.

Quaint, rustic self-contained studio in Amberley

Enjoy autonomy at this unique and tranquil getaway. The Shed is a self-contained annex with its own pathway and entrance. Outside is a secluded seating/breakfast area. On entering you'll find a shower room with heated towel rail and electric shower, dining space for two and a kitchenette. THE BOLTHOLE on Pagham Beach is a world away on the peaceful Pagham Harbour RSPB nature reserve. Based around a Victorian railway carriage, THE BOLTHOLE has been lovingly renovated to include all creature comforts and super fast wi-fi! The original railway carriages remain and you will sleep 'first class' under their bowed ceilings! In addition a modern kitchen provides all you need to prepare your catch of the day and a open plan lounge allows space to kick back and relax.

Coombe Cottage in Bognor Regis by the sea.

Coombe Cottage was built in the 1920s of brick and half render construction with a tiled roof. It is a comfortable family home which was extended 10 years ago to add on the self-contained annex which is offered with its own entrance at the rear of the property. The annex accommodation is on the first and second floor with stairs leading up to both floors, therefore making it difficult for wheelchair or disabled access.

A super self contained flat 300 metres from the beach and an easy 10 minute walk to the centre of town, train station, cinema and shops. 1 double bedroom and a separate living /dining room. Free parking on the front road , or parking permit disc on table for free non allocated off road parking behind flat. Perfect for holidays ,short breaks and access to Chichester , Goodwood Festivals and surrounding area.

The Garden Lodge.

The lodge, which is in our garden, is in the beautiful village of Oving. Visit the beautiful West Wittering Beach (20 minutes drive) Chichester and Goodwood (10 minutes). It sleeps 4 (1 double and one single in the bedroom and a small double sofa bed in the living/kitchen space) but best suits 3-4. Groceries can be bought from Sainsbury's, 10 minutes by car.
