Quiet and centrally located, the small house is in the backyard of one of the best locations in Kiel – Brunswik district! Bicycles can be parked outside the door. The UKSH is within minutes walking distance, the stop "Schauenburgerstr." in approx. 5 minutes. Holtenauer Straße with shops, supermarkets, bakeries, restaurants, cafés and bars is right around the corner. For safety, cameras are at the entrance. Please register additional guests in advance so we can adjust the booking

The basement apartment with separate entrance includes a combined living-bedroom with double bed, a small kitchen and a bathroom with shower and bathtub. It was completely renovated in 2019. However, it is a basement apartment, standing height in kitchen and sleeping area about 2 m. The apartment is not suitable for toddlers as there are unsecured high steps.

The Molfsee open-air museum is close by.
