Built around 1780 as a smoking house, the farmhouse is protected under historic preservation and has been lovingly maintained. You will stay in our cozy apartment with a terrace to the south side and views of our garden. The 1-room basement apartment (45 sqm) is located in a detached house in a cul-de-sac in Ochtmissen. In just 10 minutes you can reach the beautiful Lüneburg city center by car. If you don't want to drive, bus line 5005 leaves almost right outside the door. You can reach the apartment via a separate entrance. The apartment has a fully equipped kitchen, a shower toilet, a combined living room and bedroom A washing machine, towels, bed linens, TV and Wi-Fi are available for free use.

In nur zwei Gehminuten seid ihr am schönen Elbstrand oder dem Marktplatz mit kleinen Cafés und Stöbergeschäften. Mit der Fahrradfähre seid ihr in 5 Minuten auf der anderen Elbseite von wo aus euch ein angenehm befahrbarer Radweg immer den Fluss entlang führt. P.s. Geheimtips für die besten Elbstrände zum picknicken und bestaunen der Sonnenuntergänge sind natürlich inklusive.

Dear holiday guests! My apartment is on the upper floor of a semi-detached house at the end of a cul-de-sac. It is very quiet and within walking distance you are at Ratzeburger See, Küchensee in the forest, in the city center or at the train station. The bright, friendly apartment can accommodate two adults (with a child if necessary) and has a living room, a double bedroom, a kitchen, a shower room and a separate toilet. Dogs are very welcome.

The apartment was newly renovated/refurbished in 2023. The listed building used to be a horse stable. This gives the building a very special charm. Our old farm is very quiet. You have the opportunity to walk directly on the lake or to get some fresh air in the forest. Our location is ideally situated. We are right in the middle of Hamburg and Lüneburg (each 20 km away). Very central. Looking forward to seeing you soon!

The apartment is located in a listed villa, which was originally built in 1864. There are eight apartments in the house, which are spread over four levels. The house has a living area of 550 m², the apartment, which is located on the second level, is 32 m² in size. The kitchenette is equipped with a built-in kitchen that allows normal cooking. On the ground floor there is a cleaning room with a washing machine and dryer.

Happy Place Gödenstorf

Our Happy Place is located 40km south of Hamburg near the A7, 20km from Lüneburg. Seven years ago, our family decided to move from Hamburg to the country. Since then Gödenstorf has become our Happy Place. In 2017, we decided to build an apartment in our farm roof and share our Happy Place with guests. Our Shetland ponies, and our three children, are looking forward to taking our guests along for the ride.
