Built around 1780 as a smoking house, the farmhouse is protected under historic preservation and has been lovingly maintained. Villa Specht - Your vacation in a monument!

Enjoy a wonderful time in our historic villa from 1894. Our apartment leaves nothing to be desired, is newly renovated and stylishly furnished with TV, washing machine, dryer and dishwasher. Located in the middle of the village, you are a few minutes away from the S-Bahn to HH (30 min.) as well as in the village center, where in addition to shopping facilities there is also a hairdressing studio and baker, pharmacies and various doctors. The magnificent Sachsenwald is less than a 5-minute walk away.

Die Buslinie 5005 fährt quasi direkt vor der Tür ab. Über einen separaten Eingang erreichen Sie die Whg. Zu der Whg. gehört eine komplett ausgestattet Küche, ein Dusch-WC, ein Wohn-Schlafzimmer, Waschmaschine, Handtücher, Bettwäsche, TV und WLAN stehen zur Verfügung. Kleinkinder sind auf Grund der Sicherheitsbedingungen nicht gestattet.

Mit der Fahrradfähre seid ihr in 5 Minuten auf der anderen Elbseite von wo aus euch ein angenehm befahrbarer Radweg immer den Fluss entlang führt. P.s. Geheimtips für die besten Elbstrände zum picknicken und bestaunen der Sonnenuntergänge sind natürlich inklusive.

The apartment has a separate bedroom with wardrobe. In the living room, there is a sofa bed for another child. For bicycles, our bicycle shed is available free of charge. Diese gemütliche und zudem super zentral gelegene Wohnung, befindet sich im Stadtkern der schönen Landeshauptstadt Schwerin und ist somit der ideale Ausgangspunkt für Ausflüge bzw. Exkursionen jeglicher Art. Das Schloss; das Theater; der Dom; Restaurants; Cafés, ÖPNV etc. sind nur einen Steinwurf entfernt. Mit ihren 2,5 lichtdurchfluteten Räumen bietet die Wohnung genügend Platz für bis zu sechs Personen.
