Holiday rentals with a fire pit in Bologna

Excellent stay. Hosts are very kind and helpful. No faults :)

We had an amazing time at Miriam’s house. She and her husband are lovely people who put a lot of thought into their interior. There was nothing else we could have wished for, nice pool/ garden area, very well equipped kitchen and cozy bedrooms.

Lovely very large secure garden which was ideal for our dogs. The pool was lovely and the eating area outside the kitchen was ideal. The house was comfortable and spacious and air con in 2 of the bedrooms was lovely as kept the whole house at a lovely temperature. Local bakery ideal for breakfast. 2 of our party went to the aqua park and loved it. We also visited Ferrera and Bologna.

Due to a very complicated move I stayed alone at the property, unfortunately going back and forth to and from Bologna Working with animals and the garden, beautiful and fully fenced, it really made a difference The house is enchanting as well as the view that frames it, priceless to wake up to the view of our Apennines. So much silence to feel - especially at night - almost intimidated :-) Beautiful disconnect during which, at times, I was also able to regenerate I had some small difficulties with the TV in the room compared to the channel synchronization, while everything was fine with the one in the room Cleanliness and services offered completely in line with expectations Overall, I would absolutely recommend a stay at this charming structure if you really want to unplug and carve out a space and a moment of just relaxation and rest! What a lovely break in this peaceful place! I wish I could have done it longer, it feels so good! 🤩 The host couple is really very charming, responsive and attentive... The place was spotless, with high quality materials (The bathroom in particular …) Really in love with this little piece of heaven!🤩 I recommend it of course!!

The accommodation is pleasant, located in a quiet environment, and it is very well equipped and modern (kitchen equipment and recent living rooms, heating/air conditioning system...). Marco was warm and professional (verification of identity documents, tourist tax, responsive in communication on the application, welcome with detailed presentation of the accommodation...). He was able to adapt to ensure that check-in time indications were respected despite an initial reluctance. We had a pleasant day and night on site. Thank you very much!

We arrived late at night, they welcomed us very well, very kind, always available. The studio was perfect for us, with a very small bomb and a dog, we had all the necessary spaces. The wonderful garden that surrounds the house, ideal for the dog, the studio well furnished and very very clean! If we go back to Bologna, we will definitely come back here!

We had a lovely stay at Isabella's place! Beautiful location and the appartment has everything you need (including kitchen utensils). Isabella is a kind host who responds very quickly. If you want to use the bikes, please ask beforehand. We assumed that we could use them (as we have experienced with other places), but when we arrived, they weren't available. There are two dogs, one is afraid and therefore barks and runs towards you. Not a big problem for us, but if you are afraid of dogs, this is something to keep in mind.

Loved our stay at Francesca’s place. The flat was a lovely place to relax, with a great view of the valley and the bell tower. Right in the centre of town and very easy to access. We were worried about it being too hot in summer being on the top floor but it was fine, and we slept very well. Francesca was very responsive, and really helped us with getting to Dozza by bus. Thank you!

My husband and our two children had the Devine pleasure of staying on the top floor of this beautifully renovated villa, which is located on a beautiful estate and has a beautiful view of the country side from one of the windows. The apartment was gorgeous and perfect for two adults and two kids. Our host was very friendly and hospitable and greeted us with a glass of local wine, cheese and fruit. We took a swim in the large in ground pool and relaxed on the lounge chairs before going to the near by town of Imola, to take a walk around the very cool castle. Bologna is a 25 minute drive and definitely worth a visit. Perfect stay in a perfect villa. Thank you so much for sharing it with my family.

Good place, very clean and as described.

Rita is very kind and caring host! I stayed at her place a bit more than a month. She was always proactive and ready to help when I needed. Apartment was clean and well kept. Perfect place to escape from city, there are a plenty trails you can walk. Local farms where you can buy a fresh cheese and fruits. Even though there were a lot of rains during time of a year I stayed, I was able to enjoy it in a full. Thank you, Rita!🤍

Clean, nice and comfortable.

There is no better place to stay than La Selvatica. It’s my 4th visit and I can’t stop coming back. It’s genuine, inviting, and just such a special place. If you want an authentic Italian experience this is the place.
