Holiday rentals with a washing machine and dryer in Bologna

Franca and Mario met us upon our arrival. They were flexible enough to allow us early check in. Moreover, they made it a point to recommend to us places to visit and places for food. The Abnb is just across the Bologna Station yet there is no noice due to the station‘s design. Last but not least, there is nothing ‘Tiny’ about the Abnb as it’s spacious and full of amenities.

Fabulous location, right in the centre of the old town. Everything on walking distance but still with a drop off by taxi at the door. Lovely, bright, modern apartment. Will definitely stay here again.

Great small flat in a quiet location, the only sound in the morning was birdsong. Near the university so plenty of lively eating places nearby. Also walkable to the city centre. A great location for wandering and exploring beautiful Bologna

Great apartment, super central and lovely interiors. Walkable to everything and in the thick of it but felt very secure and quiet at night. Sara&Gabriele were very responsive and let us leave our luggage early and late as we were only there one night - also gave local recos. Thank you!

A very well-equipped, clean, modern and well-located duplex (1 min walk from bus stop) if you visit Bologna by car (parking included on site). Very friendly and responsive host. Great stay!

We thank Gaia for her kindness and helpfulness. The place was practical and comfortable, clean and had everything you need. We have been given 2 sets of keys so that we can be autonomous when traveling. The area is very quiet both day and night, within walking distance of the center and had all the amenities nearby.

We felt at home right away! With me and my aunt, there was also my one-and-a-half-year-old child, and the spaces were safe and clean, welcoming. Everything was perfect, the stay, the various rooms, the location, just everything! I will definitely ask for availability in case we have to go to Bologna again. The host was kind and friendly, we communicated easily and she was always there when I needed help. The apartment had everything you needed, it was like being at home. There were also verandas, we could lie down on one side and relax in the chairs of the other veranda. Easy access with the stroller both in the ramp and with the elevator. Fantastic stay !!! We were 3 people who stayed here for 5 nights. Located just 30 minutes outside Bologna up in the mountains with an unparalleled view. We each had a bedroom that was cool despite the heat outside. Luxurious with 2 bathrooms with both shower and toilet when you are several. There is everything you need and even a washing machine if you are there for a long time and need to wash. Every morning, freshly baked goodies were left outside our door, arranged by the gentleman who owns the house. Incredibly calm and peaceful, and the only thing you hear throughout the day is the chirping of the various birds. We'd love to come back here❤️

This house was amazing, we brought our 3 dogs along and had the best time. An extremely private garden and pool with lots of games. She provided all bbq equipment, portable speaker, TVs loads of towels everything you’d need. Dorella was a fantastic host and it’s a really lovely comfortable home. The pool is the big selling point and it didn’t disappoint

Antonio was a great host. He was prompt answering any questions we had. The apartment is very clean, quiet, and minimal. A great location for wandering Modena and many great shops and restaurants in the area.

Gorgeous modern space in a great location just a short walk to many sights in the historic city center. The apartment is beautifully appointed. The name of the apartment is Silence House, but we did hear quite a bit of street noise at night. That may have been bad timing as there was a festival in the city center that weekend. We had a rental car but the garage wasn’t available for use - if you need the garage, check with the host beforehand. The host got us a ZTL pass to park nearby, but the timing was bad with the festival and I had to drive around for close to an hour to find a parking spot. The hosts were always very quick to respond to any messages. They proactively checked in with us to see how things were going during our stay. If you want to stay in the city center, this is your modern home away from home.

Had a lovely stay. The house is large and there is a good useable outdoor space. Great place to explore the region but you do need a car as resturants and supermarkets are not in easy walking distance. There are a lot of steps to the upstairs bedroom which have 2 single large beds but it is large with a lovely big window. The down stairs bedroom is lovely and large. The kitchen area has everything you need. The shower took a bit of time to get used too but perfectly usable. Michela was very welcoming and helpful.

Marco and Pia are amazing hosts! Their home is very well done and very comfortable! We had everything we needed! Walking distance to the train, which was convenient for us!!

I was blown away when I entered Simona’s place: it is enormous (far bigger than you would have thought from the pictures only), in an excellent location, very comfortable and has everything you could ask for. Everything was perfect, from the beds to how good the place smelled! Simona was also a great host, very responsive, had very good suggestions and provided lots of amenities, even some snacks and drinks. If I am ever back in Modena I would most definitely choose to stay here again.

Waking up in the morning in complete relaxation, away from the daily chaos, immersed in nature was an indescribile!The accommodation is comfortable and equipped with all the comforts! Antonella and her husband are exceptional, friendly, caring people with a great sense of hospitality! Antonella delighted us every morning with her breakfast, all home made! What can I say... I highly recommend this accommodation!

Very nice apartment. We had a great time because the house is comfortable, spacious and bright. There is also plenty of space in the various furniture, especially in the bedroom. Quite spacious and clean fridge. Great internet connection. Great location with the supermarket and pharmacy below the house and in any case not far from the center and the station. Area served by many public transport. The building is large but quiet and has 2 elevators. The only advice is to equip the apartment with a vacuum cleaner to facilitate cleaning because with the sole broom or the dusting cloth you can't clean well especially in the most difficult places. Clean and plentiful sheets, towels, and blankets. Great washing machine

We spent a fantastic weekend in Flor's apartment. The accommodation is in a very good location (the city center can be reached on foot in 10-15 minutes and you can park for free on the street). The air conditioning made an important contribution to our quality of stay when the outside temperature was over 30°C. For our son, the historic elevator was the highlight. The beds were very comfortable and the apartment was very clean and functional. We would definitely recommend Flor's accommodation.

We loved staying at this Airbnb! It is steps away from the train station which was perfect for our family since we did a lot of day trips from Bologna. The host was so helpful, responsive, and a great communicator! Highly recommend!

Very nice, spacious apartment, very well equipped and well located for city explorations. Best ice cream shop in town just a few minutes away. And the highlight is the balcony, where you can enjoy a coffee in the morning sun.
