The tuff walls give it an ancient vibe to transport you to another time. It can be reached on foot, via a footbridge that takes you directly to the square where the property is located. It is perfect for short stays of complete relaxation, but with the fully equipped kitchen you can make the most of it.

The house is in the oldest square of Orvieto, San Giovenale with the beautiful Romanesque church of the 11th century. A Loggia with stunning views of the Paglia Valley from where you can discover Mount Amiata, Mount Cetona and Mount Peglia. A 250 year old chestnut dryer stone house in use till 30 years ago, the holiday cottage we offer is surrounded by an organic chestnut forest and olive trees that are hundreds of years old. The apartment is located on the ground floor of the house where I live with my family. It is a completely independent space consisting of a living area (in which there is a double sofa bed) with a kitchen, a bathroom and a bedroom also with a double bed. Ideal for short stays, the apartment is less than a km from the center of Montefiascone, a 5/10-minute walk away.
