From our house one has the impression of being in the countryside while not being an isolated house. The exciting view of the lake offers very intense moments. L'appartamento si trova nel quartiere medievale, a due passi sia dal centro città, con negozi e servizi a portata di mano, sia dal lago raggiungibile in meno di dieci minuti a piedi. Situato al primo piano di un antico palazzetto, è composto da due camere da letto, soggiorno, cucina e bagno con doccia. Completamente ristrutturato, stupendo panorama sul lago, molto luminoso ed accogliente, ideale per famiglie ma anche per fughe d'amore e weekend romantici. Riscaldamento autonomo.

The Wood's House between Umbria and Tuscany

The house is surrounded by dense Mediterranean vegetation and a 1,000 m² garden. The house is equipped with 2 rooms mezzanine ( the ceilings are high about 5 meters ) and was restored preserving the characteristic local stone . Within a radius of about 25-30 km you will find: Citta' della Pieve, Orvieto, Cetona, San Casciano de' Bagni and many more ... In an hour by car you can reach cities such as Florence, Siena, Perugia, Assisi, in addition to Val D'Orcia and Val di Chiana.

Civita Nova

Civita Nova is 250 m from the town center. The village of Civita can be reached on foot in about 30 minutes, but there is also a shuttle service 300 meters from the accommodation. Small pets are welcome for a small fee. Parking is free on site, and there is a Wi-Fi connection. The accommodation is air-conditioned, with a fully-equipped kitchen. Private bathroom with shower, towels and bed linens are included as well as self-service breakfast.

The cave

My accommodation is in the historic center of the country. It is only 10 km from Terme of Sorano, while 20 km from Bolsena Lake and Saturnia (spa). You'll love my place because it's bright, panoramic, clean, and welcoming. Suitable for couples, sole adventurers, families (with kids) and furry friends (pets). NB: if the reservation is for two people it means only one bed, for an extra bed it is necessary to book at least for 3 people.

Bright two-room apartment with a romantic panoramic terrace to enjoy breakfast in the sun, an aperitif watching the flight of swallows and dinner under the stars. The house is located on the second floor (no elevator) of an ancient building with a characteristic courtyard in the historic center in a quiet location, but close to all services. It has a bedroom, bathroom with shower, living room with Smart-TV, sofa bed and kitchenette.

Villa boutique immersa nel bosco all’interno del Parco dei Cimini alle pendici del Monte Cimino (800 m. s.l.m) L'immobile è grande circa 450mq ed è circondato da circa 1,5 ettari di giardino/pineta. La villa è dotata di una sauna e un hot tube a legna privata nel bosco. Una casa progettata da uno dei migliori architetti del centro Italia ed è sapientemente arredata.

Overlooking the Val d 'Orcia, our holiday farm consists of 2 apartments each with a kitchen, bedroom, and bathroom. Large equipped garden. Surrounded by silence, close to Pienza, Montalcino, Bagno Vignoni, and the natural thermal baths of Bagno San Filippo. Getting here is very easy; the last km of the road is unpaved but accessible for all.
