The property is an independent apartment, part of a villa surrounded by greenery. It consists of a living room with a sofa bed for two and a fireplace on the ground floor. On this floor there is also a very well equipped kitchenette, a bathroom with shower and a bedroom with an openable armchair that becomes a comfortable single bed. On the first floor the large double bedroom with balcony and another bathroom with shower. Pool, sauna, equipped porch are available.

A charming location, a monastery from 1600 among the hills surrounding the cliff of Orvieto surrounded by greenery but a few minutes from the Duomo, Lake Bolsena, Civita di Bagnoregio and the motorway exit. A large garden and seasonal outdoor pool are exclusively available to visitors. It consists of three bedrooms each with private bathroom, equipped kitchen, dining room, living room with fireplace and billiards, a laundry room and a bathroom.

Bolsena House

This is our vacation home in beautiful Bolsena. We rent it out when we do not use it ourselves. This view is from our rooftop terrace. It overlooks the Santa Cristina Basilica and Bolsena lake - the largest lake of volcanic origin in Europe. Our house is located in the center of the old town, only a few minutes walk from the waterfont with its charming marina, peaceful beaches and numerous good restaurants. Pets are allowed upon request.

Access is independent and from the large balcony you can enjoy a panoramic view of the Monaldeschi castle and the lake. Cross the garden to get to the first level: there are a lounge with fully equipped kitchen and a sofa bed, a bathroom, a double bedroom and a single bedroom. The location is a few meters from the lake and from the center of Bolsena.

Leaving the car in the free parking lot, you will have to walk 200 meters to reach this house in the heart of a forest and set in a large rock. All around you can take pleasant walks to the Rio Grande dam. Very suitable for a relaxing weekend and close to nature. From June, the tourist tax of 1.5 euros per person per day will be paid at the property for a maximum of 4 days

Casa Rosita is located in the medieval historic center of Bolsena, in the Castello district. Quiet and very characteristic area. From the terrace with lake views, you can relax and enjoy the lake and its beautiful sunsets. From here you can also visit the village and the lake on foot.

My place is in the center of the village of Basque, art and culture, parks, beautiful panoramic views and restaurants. We are close to Orvieto, Civita di Bagnoregio, Lake Corbara and Bolsena, you can reach Todi in 30 minutes, with 40 minutes you can reach Viterbo, Perugia and Terni.
