From our house one has the impression of being in the countryside while not being an isolated house. The exciting view of the lake offers very intense moments. Apartment and panoramic garden in Civita

We offer accommodation in one of the oldest buildings of Civita, a XVI century building constructed on a former Middle Age tower. The apartment is on the ground floor of Palazzo Contino, former Palazzo Pinzi, with a terraced garden with a breathtaking view on the Calanchi valley and a beautiful garden full of plants and fruits. From the garden you can enjoy beautiful sun rises. The garden is a proper oasis compared to the rest of the village which during the day can sometimes quite crowded.

Può essere effettuato, sotto richiesta dell’Ospite, un self check-in e dispone di una cassetta di sicurezza per chiavi con codice di fianco al portone d' ingresso. Ha un piccolo giardino, riservato esclusivamente agli Ospiti.

L'appartamento si trova nel quartiere medievale, a due passi sia dal centro città, con negozi e servizi a portata di mano, sia dal lago raggiungibile in meno di dieci minuti a piedi. Situato al primo piano di un antico palazzetto, è composto da due camere da letto, soggiorno, cucina e bagno con doccia. Completamente ristrutturato, stupendo panorama sul lago, molto luminoso ed accogliente, ideale per famiglie ma anche per fughe d'amore e weekend romantici. Riscaldamento autonomo.

In the ancient village of Vallerano, a large and bright apartment consisting of two large rooms, an entrance with a small closet and bathroom, which an architect-photographer designed for herself, furnished with attention to detail and organization of spaces. A cozy and well-kept environment where you can relax, engage in your activities and set off for excursions in Tuscia, consulting the guides and information on the main places of interest available in the apartment.

Civita Nova

Civita Nova is 250 m from the town center. The village of Civita can be reached on foot in about 30 minutes, but there is also a shuttle service 300 meters from the accommodation. Small pets are welcome for a small fee. Parking is free on site, and there is a Wi-Fi connection. The accommodation is air-conditioned, with a fully-equipped kitchen. Private bathroom with shower, towels and bed linens are included as well as self-service breakfast.

The cave

My accommodation is in the historic center of the country. It is only 10 km from Terme of Sorano, while 20 km from Bolsena Lake and Saturnia (spa). You'll love my place because it's bright, panoramic, clean, and welcoming. Suitable for couples, sole adventurers, families (with kids) and furry friends (pets). NB: if the reservation is for two people it means only one bed, for an extra bed it is necessary to book at least for 3 people.

Bright two-room apartment with a romantic panoramic terrace to enjoy breakfast in the sun, an aperitif watching the flight of swallows and dinner under the stars. The house is located on the second floor (no elevator) of an ancient building with a characteristic courtyard in the historic center in a quiet location, but close to all services. It has a bedroom, bathroom with shower, living room with Smart-TV, sofa bed and kitchenette.

Charming apartment in Montefiascone

The apartment is located on the ground floor of the house where I live with my family. It is a completely independent space consisting of a living area (in which there is a double sofa bed) with a kitchen, a bathroom and a bedroom also with a double bed. Ideal for short stays, the apartment is less than a km from the center of Montefiascone, a 5/10-minute walk away.

Overlooking the Val d 'Orcia, our holiday farm consists of 2 apartments each with a kitchen, bedroom, and bathroom. Large equipped garden. Surrounded by silence, close to Pienza, Montalcino, Bagno Vignoni, and the natural thermal baths of Bagno San Filippo. Getting here is very easy; the last km of the road is unpaved but accessible for all.
