The beautiful coastlines of Brittany are only just over 1 hour drive. The beach at Lac de Guerledan is 10 mins away. A good selection of shops, bars & restaurants are available. The house is close to the town center, restaurants and 1.5 km from Lake Guerlédan. The accommodation is perfect for families, hikers on foot and on horseback, business travelers, workers, cyclists and four-legged companions and horses. (direct access to greenway) Caurel is conveniently located in the heart of Brittany. Great walks in the forest, water activities on the lake, local entertainment throughout the season are at your disposal. English spoken in addition to French, of course.

Shower area, relaxation: Spa bath with hand shower and Sauna for 2. Bed: 140 cm + linen provided. There is no kitchen in the accommodation.

The property is quiet, in the countryside, a 10-minute walk from Lake Guerlédan, in central Brittany, 1 hour from all the Breton coasts. It consists of 3 old buildings around a courtyard and in a large wooded plot. The dwelling house and the old stable have retained their original simplicity. They can each accommodate 6 people. The living room of the stable can accommodate 12 people. The old barn is converted into a games room and bicycle storage and outdoor games.

On foot, you can access Lake Guerlédan. For the more motivated, to the Abbey of Bon Repos in Saint Gelven, to the Beau Rivage site in Caurel, to the Sordan cove in Sait Aignan... By car you are 12 km from Mûr de Bretagne, 30 km from Pontivy and 55 km from Saint Brieuc.
