The rehab clinics can be reached in 5 minutes on foot, as well as the castle park ( 2 min.) In the village you will find restaurants, a supermarket, an ice cream shop, as well as a pedal boat rental. Our apartment is located on the 1st floor directly in the Hagenstrasse. The apartment consists of 2 bedrooms. If required, a folding bed can be provided, so that 4 people can stay here. The double bed is 180 x 200 cm. Here you will also find bathroom with shower, workspace, storage space, very large private terrace with lounge furniture and small table with chairs, TV with Dysney+ and Netflix. Visit us in our small apartment (30 m²) in a quiet location overlooking the Mittelland Canal. The large garden, which you are welcome to use, and the wind-protected terrace promise relaxation in almost any weather. Parking for bicycles is available on the property (partially covered). This is also the habitat of our Labrador mix Luci. The journey by car to Magdeburg is 15 minutes and to Haldensleben 21 minutes.

Built in 1912 for the artillery of the Prussian army, it has had a turbulent past and has served as a high-quality residential complex in the west of Magdeburg since 2009.
