Ich habe das Gutshaus in Kobrow im Jahr 2011 unter dem Aspekt erworben, ein kleines Stück Kulturgut unseres Landes zu beleben und dadurch auch zu erhalten. Our central location makes us an ideal starting point for excursions to Bad Doberan, Kühlungsborn and Rostock. The car is happy to stop due to the connection to public transport. Upon arrival, a tourist tax is charged, this is €2/person in the high season and 1€/person in the low season. Fee per pet/night €10

On 75 m² there is a modern kitchen, a bedroom, the bathroom, a large hallway and a living room on the ground floor. The kitchen is equipped with everything needed for self-catering. The bedroom is equipped with a double bed. If necessary, the armchair bed can also be pulled out to form a cozy single bed. A crib can also be set up. In the living room, the couch and the two armchairs can be converted into two cozy beds.

The train is only a 7-minute walk away and takes you to Rostock within 20 minutes.

The 72m² apartment, completed in 2019, is located on the 2nd floor/attic in the newly built apartment villa "Strandperle" with a total of 7 residential units and is only about 200m from the beach.

Relaxed parking right outside the door. 15 minutes by car to Warnemünde beach, 5 minutes' walk to the supermarket and bus, 10 minutes' walk to the stadium or indoor swimming pool. Accommodation not for purely tourist purposes because of the resulting obligation to pay a spa tax for the Hanseatic city of Rostock

Our exclusive vacation home Somerset is located in a walking distance of about 350 m as the crow flies to the beautiful Baltic Sea beach. The house was built in 2019 in massive construction and extends over 3 floors including underfloor heating, on approx. 90 square meters of living space. The bright and friendly semi-detached house furnished in a maritime style can accommodate a maximum of 6 people.
