The house is surrounded by a large garden with fruit trees and meadow, trees provide shade in the heat. If you are looking for variety, you can reach Lübeck, Schwerin, Rostock in 1 hour and via the A20 Hamburg in 1,5 hours. Travemünde or Boltenhagen can be reached via the Baltic Sea Cycle Path.

From the two terraces you can enjoy a magnificent panoramic view over the 3000 m ², partly natural plot (Ginster) and the countryside. The Bodden can be reached in a few minutes on foot.
