we say welcome! Our beautyful Apartment is located on the seaside of a large lake called the "bodden". You only have to walk about 10 minutes to reach the baltic sea and its endless sandy beaches! Its very quiet out here, no streets, no shopping malls... perfect for relaxing and find yourself! Our apartement has 3 rooms (2 Bedrooms and 1 living room with kitchen) and 1 bath with shower. Overall you have 45 squaremeters. The kitchen is fully equiped with everything u need. also you have a SAT-TV and a stereo. Parkingspace is right round the corner. We have very good restaurants round here, everything reachable by bike! Enjoy one of the most beautieful areas from Germany with a glass of wine in your hand while watching the sun goes down... even in summer or winter! We hope to welcome you and your friends soon! The nearest hotspots for water sports can be reached in a few minutes by car, the beautiful Baltic Sea beaches are 25 minutes away. Dogs are always welcome.

"Kontor" for 2 in the post-socialist manor house

The "Kontor" is a spacious, stately apartment with marodem charm for 2 people that is located in the right wing, on the ground floor of the house. In 2011, I acquired the manor house in Kobrow from the point of view of reviving and maintaining a small piece of the cultural heritage of our country. The 90 m² stylishly furnished and bright houses each have four bedrooms for up to 6 people (including two double rooms and two single rooms), two shower rooms and a spacious and cozy living-dining area with an open, high-quality equipped kitchen, a fireplace and direct access to the sunny terrace with large garden. A sauna, a barbecue house and a bicycle shed are freely available to the four houses.

The Swart Johann holiday home in Born offers 65 m² of space for up to four people. It has two bedrooms, two balconies with garden furniture, a well-equipped kitchen with induction stove and dishwasher, Wi-Fi, TV and a private parking space. Pets are allowed.
