Based in the Nidderdale area of outstanding natural beauty, the accommodation has its own private access and garden with seating area, internally the annex can accommodate 2 people and one friendly dog,unfortunately we can't accept Labradors due to the shedding of there coats, (please ensure you register your dog when booking). With eye catching views of the large garden and surrounding countryside, inside is cosy with a wood burning stove in the sitting room, and the bedroom tucked into the upper body of the cottage.

With a private garden, on-site parking, and views over moor and dale, it’s perfect for couples or small families. Inside, enjoy a cosy living space with a log burner (logs provided), well-equipped kitchen, shower/wet room, and upstairs a king bedroom plus a walk-through space with twin bed (single futon chair bed and a single bed). We also allow up to 2 pets.

Separate to our main home, and having wonderful views, guests can visit nearby Fountains abbey, Brimham rocks, Grassington and lots of other lovely places of interest, as well as nearby walks. We have used high quality fittings throughout from Loaf seating, beautiful light fittings, Sophie Conran crockery, SMEG kettle and toaster, as well as featuring art by a local artist David Stead.
