Friendly 2-room apartment between the lakes

Our apartment is located on the lower ground floor of an old building, is very bright and friendly and due to the thick walls not stuffy even on the hottest summer days. In the garden you can enjoy a wonderful sun breakfast or end a beautiful day on the beach with a glass of wine. Our house is located at the edge of the forest between two lakes, each of which can be reached in about 5-7 minutes by foot, you need to walk about 20 minutes to the city center, to the Baltic Sea by car about 25 minutes.

Das neu renovierte Apartment befindet sich in zentraler Lage der Rosenstadt Eutin, 50 Meter neben dem Wasserturm.200 Meter bis zum Großen Eutiner See. In 5 Minuten ist man zu Fuß am Marktplatz. Inmitten der idyllischen holsteinischen Schweiz und einer wunderschönen Seen-Landschaft gelegen ist es ein idealer Ausgangspunkt für Ausflüge in die idyllische Umgebung. Bis zur Ostsee sind es. ca. 20 min. mit dem PKW. Lübeck, Kiel und HH sind gut zu erreichen. Parkmöglichkeiten sind vor dem Haus möglich.

Holiday home on a large plot

Start by bike or on foot from the house or go canoeing on Lake Plön. At the house you can enjoy the peace and quiet and the 3 secluded terraces on the natural property. The large property, which is fenced off towards the street, offers opportunities to play outdoor games or to relax. In the evening you can spend time together in front of the fireplace. Living / dining room are separate. The property is NOT a lake property, the walk to the lake takes 5 minutes right through our small village.

Quiet but still central

Söhren in the municipality of Weede is quiet but central. It is about 10 km to Bad Segeberg, 25 km to Lübeck and about 30 km to the Baltic Sea. On the upper floor of a detached house, you will find 1 bedroom with a large double bed, a living room with a pull-out sofa bed (2 people), a kitchenette and dining table as well as a bathroom with shower. Unfortunately, there are no shops or places to eat here. Are you traveling with children? No problem: a crib and high chair can be provided.

Guest apartment on the Wakenitz

We have converted a part of our house, where we live as a family, into a guest apartment. This non-smoking apartment is a separate part of our house. It is located on the edge of the Wakenitzniederung Nature and Landscape Protection Area, ideal for 2 to 3 people. The large living room is equipped with a sofa bed for 2 people and another, separate single bed. The kitchen with dining area is located in a second room, in front of the private entrance there is a small sunny terrace.

Hello and welcome to our cozy shabby-chic apartment, located in the middle of the beautiful Plöner lake landscape. Your domicile is located in the basement of our DHH, which is a house built on the slope and the apartment thus runs to the rear ground level. So you still have daylight. On the edge of a small farm complex, surrounded by horses, chickens and a pair of storks, is our functional tiny house. The large sun terrace with awning, the adjacent pond and the open view of nature invite you to relax. The interior includes: a cozy sitting area with sofa, table and chairs, a wood-burning stove, a small kitchenette, a sleeping berth (1.60 wide) and a small shower room. Outside is a toilet house with a Finnish compost toilet.
