Through the garden, it is 80 m to one of the swimming possibilities on the basement lake. Walking trails, bike paths, inserts for canoes, as well as horseback riding are right outside the front door. The Baltic Sea with its sandy beaches can be reached in 20 minutes. In Fissau you will find absolute peace and quiet in a natural paradise, surrounded by numerous lakes, forests and rolling hills.

Friendly 2-room apartment between the lakes

Our apartment is located on the lower ground floor of an old building, is very bright and friendly and due to the thick walls not stuffy even on the hottest summer days. In the garden you can enjoy a wonderful sun breakfast or end a beautiful day on the beach with a glass of wine. Our house is located at the edge of the forest between two lakes, each of which can be reached in about 5-7 minutes by foot, you need to walk about 20 minutes to the city center, to the Baltic Sea by car about 25 minutes.

Das neu renovierte Apartment befindet sich in zentraler Lage der Rosenstadt Eutin, 50 Meter neben dem Wasserturm.200 Meter bis zum Großen Eutiner See. In 5 Minuten ist man zu Fuß am Marktplatz. Inmitten der idyllischen holsteinischen Schweiz und einer wunderschönen Seen-Landschaft gelegen ist es ein idealer Ausgangspunkt für Ausflüge in die idyllische Umgebung. Bis zur Ostsee sind es. ca. 20 min. mit dem PKW. Lübeck, Kiel und HH sind gut zu erreichen. Parkmöglichkeiten sind vor dem Haus möglich.

Modern apartment for families in the attic

You can reach the apartment via an external staircase with a separate entrance, so you are completely undisturbed. The house was completely modernized a year ago, and the lower part of the house is permanently rented. Our friendly tenants with children handle the rental, and we also have children ourselves. The garden of the house is still in the making. The property itself has everything. But surely it can always be that something is still missing. We're always happy to hear from you.

Guest apartment on the Wakenitz

We have converted a part of our house, where we live as a family, into a guest apartment. This non-smoking apartment is a separate part of our house. It is located on the edge of the Wakenitzniederung Nature and Landscape Protection Area, ideal for 2 to 3 people. The large living room is equipped with a sofa bed for 2 people and another, separate single bed. The kitchen with dining area is located in a second room, in front of the private entrance there is a small sunny terrace.

Quiet retreat with direct water access

This small cottage is wonderfully quietly located and therefore forms an ideal retreat. In addition to the excursion possibilities in Holstein Switzerland, the location on the water also offers an excellent starting point for boat tours. In the immediate vicinity is the Landgasthof Kasch and a dock for the "5-lake tour." A supermarket with Sunday opening is about 3 km away and there are various other shopping facilities, as well as restaurants, within a shorter driving distance.

There is a spacious living / dining & sleeping area with bathroom & balcony, plus a small but fully equipped kitchen. In the design, planning and execution of the conversion, great importance was placed on good design, quality and individual interior design. Your domicile is located in the basement of our DHH, which is a house built on the slope and the apartment thus runs to the rear ground level. So you still have daylight. In this apartment you can start your rest from day one with a relaxed view of the lake. For excursions into nature, you can cycle from the front door. If you like, you can barbecue directly on your own lake or go paddling with the SUP or paddle boat. Our private lake has no "bulkable" connection to other lakes. You can sign in to the TV with your own Netflix & Co. account. You can reach Timmendorfer Strand in 30 minutes.
