The house was built in 1905, there are wooden floors and high ceilings in all rooms. There is a nice wooden terrace with access to an annex with an extra bedroom. IMPORTANT: The tenant is responsible for cleaning and tidying up. No partying or loud music.

I køkkenet er der opvaskemaskine, ovn og køle/fryseskab, kaffemaskine samt el-kedel. Soveværelse, entré, stor stue samt værelse med to senge. Lejligheden har marmorgulve og gulvvarme og er beliggende i husets kælder. Der er kun 100 meter til Rema, 500 m til centrum af Ikast og 10 min i bil til Herning.

Fogensegaarden near Bogense has an unusual location for an old farm.
