Die zentrale Lage ist sehr angenehm, da man fußläufig in 2-3 Minuten diverse Einkaufsmöglichkeiten, Bäckereien oder Cafés findet und in 10 Minuten die absolute Ruhe im Hamburger Stadtpark genießen kann. Eine S-Bahn Station mit direkter Verbindung in die Innenstadt ist ebenfalls nur 5-6 Minuten entfernt.

Dank einer Küche habt ihr die Wahl, zwischen Kochen und auswärts essen. Restaurants und das beste Franzbrötchen der Stadt sind in direkter Umgebung. In die Innenstadt gelangt ihr nach 5 Gehminuten zur Bahn mit der U1 in nur 18 oder in nur 10 Minuten ins schöne Eppendorf oder Alster.
