Das Wassergrundstück mit ca 50 Meter Wasserlinie liegt am kleinen Zechiner See, dem südlichen Teil der Mecklenburger Seenplatte und ist an der Hauptwasserstrasse Ostsee - Berlin angeschlossen.

There are two cozy houses (6 and 4 beds) that can be rented individually or together from families or friends. The property is quietly located on the edge of a small village. Surrounded by dense forests and min. 7 lakes nearby. There are chickens, fresh eggs, peace, a wooden sauna with swallow bucket and stunning views over the Erlenwald.
