Upstairs: independent bedroom and a mezzanine with sofa bed. A 10-minute walk to the village and close to small quiet coves.

A large terrace on the south and west sides allows you to enjoy the sun. The environment is very quiet (agricultural road), the house is away from the road and without any neighbors. You have a view of the surrounding crops and a small sea view.

We are about 15 minutes from the Pink Granite Coast and Perros-Guirec. Lannion city center is a 10-minute walk from the accommodation, as well as the SNCF and Bus station and we are located on the Morlaix-Lannion greenway.
