Dieses abgeschlossene Apartment ( ca. 20 m² ) liegt im Erdgeschoss unseres Hauses zum Hinterhof . Im Zimmer befindet sich ein großes gemütliches Doppelbett ( 180 x 200 ) und eine Sitzecke. Im Flur zum allein genutzten Badezimmer, steht eine gut ausgestattete Küchenzeile mit Kühlschrank, Herd und Backofen. Unser Haus liegt in Fußgänger Entfernung ( 5 min ) zur Innenstadt mit allen Sehenswürdigkeiten, und 10 min. zu Fuß vom Hauptbahnhof.

Our basement apartment in a typical old Bremen house in the popular Flüsseviertel in the Neustadt district is in the perfect location to explore Bremen city center. It is a cozy 2-room apartment with a combined kitchen and living room and a bedroom (French bed 1.40 x 2.00) and separate bathroom. It has a courtyard garden, which is partly covered, belonging to the apartment.

meine kleine Wohnung befindet sich mitten im Viertel; einem quirligen Stadtteil Bremens mit einer Menge toller Kneipen und Kultur. Sie liegt jedoch in einer ruhigen Seitenstraße, nahe der Weser und der Innenstadt, mit einem kleinen Balkon ins Grüne hinaus. Parkplätze gibt's es kostenlos in allen Straßen rund um die Wohnung.
