There are three different holiday apartments in Villa Topas. On the ground floor there is the apartment "Muschel", on the first floor there is the apartment "Krabbe" and on the attic there is the apartment "Seestern".

There are various shops or restaurants in the village. Bicycles (2 women's bikes) are available for rent for a fee. The private bathroom is equipped with a shower, toilet, washbasin with mirror, towel radiator and hairdryer. Both rooms have underfloor heating.
