Auf ca. 40qm kannst du es dir mit bis zu 4 Personen gemütlich machen. Über die große Fensterfront in den Garten hast du einen tollen Blick ins Grüne und den Pool. Falls ihr mit mehr als 4 Gästen anreisen wollt, könnt ihr auch unser AirBnB "Linden Retreat" buchen. Dieses befindet sich zwei Häuser weiter.

The building is located in the immediate vicinity of the landmarks of Wilhelmshaven: the Kaiser Wilhelm Bridge and the popular Südstrand with various and good restaurants and bars. This special place is close to everything: supermarket, weekly market, pharmacy, etc., 10-minute walk to the Congress & Exhibition Center, 10 minutes by bus to the train station & 15 minutes to the city or the Weser (Schlachte). Bright, central (main station) 1-room apartment in side street

Bright apartment on the 2nd floor/attic in a central location. The apartment is located about 10 minutes' walk from the main train station in a small side street. The city center and the Bremen "Viertel" (Ostertor/Steintor) are also easy to reach. The nearest tram stops are about 5 minutes' walk away. A cat lives downstairs in the house. There is internet with Wi-Fi access! However, no super fast fiber optic cable ! Not selectable here in the center!

Welcome to the old Neustadt. Here, numerous restaurants, bars and shopping facilities are lined up next to each other. You can leave your car and explore Bremen on foot. Outside the door are numerous free parking spaces. Within 10 minutes on foot you are at the Bremen Schlachte and downtown. The apartment is located in the basement of our old Bremen house from 1895. The apartment was rebuilt from scratch in 2021/2022 and is in mint condition.

The décor is stylish and modern and ensures an exceptional stay with the open living and kitchen area. It is located on the 2nd floor, which is why it is nice and bright. There is no elevator in the house but a private parking space right outside the front door.
