The farm is located in beautiful rural surroundings down to Alssund with its own forest and sandy beach as well as the island's best fishing waters. Location 7 km from Sønderborg city centre and only 1.5 km to the airport.

Cozy cottage in Sønderborg - Rent our Little House

Hi :-) we are renting out our little annex in Sønderborg. The complex is from 1700 but got fully renovated up to standart a few years ago. It can host up to 4 people (one 160cm bed and a very good bedsofa 140cm). You can be fully on your own exploring southern denmark, but we're also available most of the time if needed. Ejendommen er beliggende i rolige omgivelser på det naturskønne Broager Land, langs gendarmstien med flot udsigt over Flensborg Fjord. Med 10 værelser og plads til 25 personer egner stedet sig perfekt til større sammenkomster. Ejendommen har veludrustet køkken og en stor spisestue m.m. Stor terrasse, hvorfra i kan nyde smuk udsigt over Flensbjorg Fjord, samt stor have med mulighed for forskellige aktiviteter.

Relax with the whole family in this newly renovated home close to the area's best beach. The cottage is spacious at 83m2 with three bedrooms, a bathroom with sauna, a kitchen/living room, where the kitchen is fully equipped. There is plenty of room to spread out on the terrace as well as to be able to romp in the large garden. The house is quite close to the popular gendarmsti and is only a 10-minute drive to Sønderborg + 25-minute drive to Flensborg if you want to go to town to shop.
