Guest cottage in the countryside. Located in separate building on our property. The apartment has one (sleep) room/kitchen , furnished hall as well as bathroom and is 35 sqm. Cozy location by the forest between the sea and the lake (4-5 km). Perfect for establishing both Skåne and Blekinge. Bromölla nice hiking/biking trails by the sea, along Ivösjön, in the beech forest. Sölvesborg 12 km , an old city center and nice beaches. Sweden Rock 20 km Kjugekull Bouldering 8 km Sheets and towels are not included, can be arranged if we are at home!

With only 300 meters to the swimming area in Edenryd you will find a newly built spacious accommodation. An apartment of 50m2 with fully equipped kitchen and bathroom. Hike along the coastal hiking trail and enjoy the sea. Why not bring fishing rod for fishing, or the binoculars to see, among other things, sea eagles and migratory birds passing through. You live close to Listerlandet with sandy beaches of beautiful deciduous forests and a fantastic landscape. Nearby you will also find nice restaurants and shopping. Welcome!

Toilet, shower and sauna are available on the lower floor. In a separate gazebo breakfast is served. The gazebo is at guests' disposal during the stay. In the gazebo there is a micro wave oven, small fridge and household utensils, water and egg boilers, electric grill, etc., for simple food keeping. There is also sugar, salt and pepper etc.

Newly built (2020), bright and fresh apartment (54 m2) on the farm Fagraslätt, 10 km from Kristianstad. The farm is located three kilometers from a lake and 20 km from the sea and beautiful beaches of Åhus. Quiet and rural setting, with undulating fields outside the door. Small country roads invite you to bike excursions around the lakes in the area. Kristianstad has a rich selection of restaurants and shopping. Grocery store is 6 km away. Two people live comfortably and four live well. Two more can sleep on the sofa bed.

Start the day by following the bike path down to Möstadparken for a morning swim in wonderful Ivösjön. Here you will also find a play area for the children. For those who want to swim from the jetty, a visit to Korsholmens swimming area is an alternative. (700m) There you will also find a restaurant. If you want to experience Bromölla's nice nature from the water, we offer kayak rentals (2) at extra cost.

This charming house with parts from the 18th century, has two floors, with master bedroom, living room, kitchen and dedicated study downstairs. There is also the small bathroom with shower and toilet. Upstairs there is a larger living area with TV, a sofa bed and a bedroom with a double bed. The garden invites to coffee moments in the small arbor, games on the lawn, or a walking tour among the beautiful apple trees.

Wake up and have breakfast overlooking Sölvesborgsviken. This home is located in a cabin on my property. It is rural but central which makes your stay comfortable. With a barely km walk through the park along the bay you come to the cozy city center with shops, restaurants and cafes. The golf course is 2.5 km away on foot or by bike across Europe's longest pedestrian and cycle bridge. Ryssberget's hiking and biking trails are only 1,5 km away. The surrounding area's sandy beaches are numerous.

The place is very well designed, has a lovely and tranquil atmosphere. We had a great time enjoying being in the middle of nature, having a sauna session and jumping into the lake, making a fire and sleeping in the very comfy isolated bedroom. Also having breakfast at the dining room with the glass doors open to the garden and listening to the birds was a great experience
