This place was so clean and tidy, the hosts were very proactive and clear with their communication, and the beds were very comfortable. The location is hard to beat with several restaurants and bars within walkable distance. I’d definitely stay here again!

Kyara was a very friendly and responsive host! Even before we arrived, she responded to our questions and inquiries. The space was very clean and inviting…and also safe and secure, which was important to our group of three senior ladies. Check in and check out were easy. Very few requests upon checkout, which was nice. Hand soap and dishwashing soap are provided, but guests may want to bring their own bath soap, laundry soap, and dryer sheets. Apparently, some folks like to bring their own supplies of these things due to allergies, and personal preferences. Air B & Bs are different in what they consider standard supplies. (Kyara did bring us soap and body wash when we requested it, which we appreciated!) We had an emergency while we were in town and Kyara was more than helpful in offering assistance to help us get it resolved. She is an excellent host and will make you feel quite welcome! We would recommend the Club Cozy to friends and would stay here again!

Amazing unit and very friendly host! We booked for the weekend—it was comfortable and clean. Parking was convenient and safe. The unit also overlooks the courtyard. Definitely booking again!

Hi Ray, I truly enjoyed my stay at your Airbnb. The place was very clean and in the perfect location. I came down with my family for my son’s graduation from Morehouse College, and I couldn’t have asked for a better place to stay. It was conveniently close to restaurants and located in a safe neighborhood—both of which are very important to me. Cleanliness is also a top priority, and your place exceeded my expectations. I stayed at Sabrin’s for about 3 months while I was working in multiple different locations nearby. Sabrina was very helpful and the apartment was amazing. It has a beautiful pool, a gym, and a nice little patio. It’s the perfect space for a single person and a very peaceful and safe area. If you are considering staying, I most certainly recommend staying here! 🥰

Aarons place was spotless and I loved the views. The roof top amenities was my absolute favorite! My content was completely beautiful with the city view. The furniture was comfortable and the views from the apartment was so peaceful.

The condo was in a convenient location and was furnished nicely with all the expected accommodations. The host was also helpful and responsive. I would stay again when visiting the area!

Lovely spot near the beltline. We had a great stay. Even extended it an extra day. Only concern was having to buy toilet paper. Other than that we felt right at home.

We are locals, and we stayed here while our floors were getting redone. We loved Reynoldstown and we loved Tim’s home. The fenced in backyard was perfect for our dogs. The basement gym was so nice and convenient. We loved the open and spacious kitchen and living room. And the location is perfect - it is close to so many local spots and the beltline. We will absolutely stay here for our next staycation.

Perfect home for gathering with our young adult children. We all had enough space for separate downtime and family meals together. We all had a great time in Atlanta and hope to go back again soon. Would love to stay at Ashley’s again if it’s available!

The property was spacious and accommodated us with room to spare. The location was 20 minutes from all of our events. It was only a short drive to restaurants and grocery stores. The kitchen was equipped with everything we needed. We had a wonderful stay!

Kendra’s home is absolutely beautiful! The pictures accurately represent the home but cannot express the feel of home as soon as you walk through the door. The home is very comfortable and spacious, has a beautiful fire pit with seating area and deck, in the backyard, for morning coffee or evening wind down. The kitchen provides all of the appliances and you will need for prepare a meal or service takeout in the dining room. Plenty of parking space and even access to the garage with opener. It was very easy checking in and out. The home was perfect for our family while we were having renovations done to our home. Kendra is a great host and was very responsive and prompt. I highly recommend her home. You will not be disappointed! I give her 5 stars +++!! Thank you Kendra for your great hospitality!!
