Cozy house in the countryside in quiet surroundings 7 km north of Vejen. Fishing lake, MTB track and golf course are within 2-3 km. The property is centrally located 20 min from Kolding, 25 min from Legoland. There is a private forest with shelter and fireplace that can be used. Terraces to the south and north. The property is on 2 levels with bedrooms and living room upstairs and kitchen living room as well as private toilet/bath on the ground floor. The owner will use the staging area to come to the office in connection with the property. Biker friend.

The road, lovely annexes in park-like surroundings

The annex is located in Vejen in a rural area with nice outdoor area with fire place and shelter, with fantastic inlet possibilities within walking distance. The road is an attractive commercial city, with a renowned Museum and not least Sports Center with countless offers 365 days a year. We are close to the army road, Kongeåen and attractive fishing lakes. Just as there is a short distance to Billund (30km) to Legoland, Lego House, Lalandia, Billund Airport. 33 km to Ribe, Denmark's oldest city etc. We are in a butter hole.: -)

The apartment is 24 sqm, located in Gammelby by Vejen in magnificent scenic surroundings. The apartment is obvious both for business owners and for those who want some peace and quiet. The apartment is located in a large property but is completely secluded. The apartment contains well equipped nice kitchen, bathroom with washing machine as well as dryer. Living room with dining area, bed 1.60 cm with luxury top mattress, wardrobe, smart TV, high speed internet. Large garden with terrace and fire pit.

Terrace with grill is avalible just outside the door. Pets are Welcome. There is free parking in the driveway at the adress. Ruggård er en gammel bondegård, som ligger på kanten af Vejle Ådal kun 18 km fra Kolding, Vejle og Billund (Legoland). Du har her det optimale udgangspunkt for ture i den smukkeste danske natur. Området byder på vandrestier og cykel- og rideruter. Her er mange udflugtsmuligheder, men afsæt også tid til ophold på gården. Børn ELSKER at være her.
