Enjoy the closeness to the sea, the nature and the city of Gothenburg (and Swedens oldest golf course)! Beautiful and charming but modern house with a lovely location; 300 m from the sea and with no close neighbours. A big terrass behind the house, close to a big field. Pool (4x9 m), available May-August (maybe September) and a jacuzzi with room for 7 people. A nice balcony where you can enjoy the evening sun and the silence. Don't hesitate to ask about other dates than the available ones!

I Brottkärr, bara 10-15 minuters bilresa från Göteborg ligger denna mysiga och nyrenoverade gäststuga. Gäststugan ligger intill huvudbostad. Enklare Kök/pentry utrustat med kaffebryggare/kokare, micro och kyl/frys. Fräscht badrum utrustat med Japansk Toalett. I sovrummet finns en King size säng med plats för 2. Det går även bra att bädda för en person i soffa i vardagsrum. Parkeringsplats med elbilsladdare. Typ 2, 11kw Badplats, ca 1 km Matbutik restauranger ca 1km Centrala Göteborg, 13km

Fantastic 1-Bedroom Guest House with Loft

Stylish, modern, purpose built guest house. Its based in the western end of Gothenburg in Långedrag, a very nice residential area. It takes about 15 mins to the city centre or to the beautiful archipelago. Tram and buss stop is within a 10 min walk and the sea just a few hundred metres away. There are supermarkets, restaurants, and other local amenities within walking distance. The property has a full size bedroom that sleeps two as well as two beds in the loft space. There's a full kitchen.

Övre Järkholmen

Slappna av i detta unika och lugna boende med utsikt som sträcker sig över hela askimsfjorden ända ut till Tistlarna. Här kan ni sitta och studera naturen, skärgården, höra måsarnas skri till morgonkaffet och gå ner och ta ett morgondopp det första ni gör. Barnen kan röra sig fritt i området då det inte finns någon direkt trafik, istället är det fina naturområden runt knuten. Här finns närheten till Göteborgs centrum(14min), stillheten och fina bad. Sjöstugan

Mitt ställe ligger precis vid stranden mitt i naturen. Nära Alingsås, Hindås, Landvetter flygplats, Göteborg, Borås. Du kommer att älska mitt ställe på grund av det sjönära och naturnära läget. Mitt boende passar par, ensamäventyrare, affärsresenärer och familjer (med barn).Stugan är på ca 30 kvadratmeter och tillhörande bastustuga med dusch, wc och tvätt är på ca 15 kvadratmeter. Fri tillgång till kanot för hyresgäster. Bra möjligheter för fiske, motorbåt finns att hyra!

Litet hus med havsutsikt

Attefallshus på 25 kvm, högt beläget på Näset med fantastisk utsikt över Göteborgs södra skärgård. Här bor du med havet som granne och mysig tallskog alldeles utanför dörren. Huset ligger privat beläget i förhållande till boningshuset och för att komma fram går man uppför ett stort antal trappsteg. Från takterrassen har man utsikt över Göteborgs södra skärgård.

Brottkärrs hjärta

Varmt välkomna till den gamla delen av Brottkärr. Här har ni nära till sköna havsbad, fina vandringsleder och skärgårdens förföriska atmosfär. Samtidigt har ni närheten till kommunikation, mataffär, restauranger och stadens puls. I stugan finns alla bekvämligheter för en trivsam vistelse. Spa-bad finns tillgänglig för att hyra till för en extra kostnad.

Stuga med havsutsikt, bastu och spabad

Vi hyr ut vårt underbara gästhus i Hanhals. Närmare havet är svårt att komma. Lugnt och stilla läge med naturskyddsområde runtom. Ett paradis för fåglar! Spabad och bastu finns tillgång till året runt, självklart uppvärmt. Detta är även en plats perfekt för "workation", här kan man jobba i lugn och ro med snabbt wifi.
