Superbly equipped apartment in the old town. There was nothing missing. Parking for 2 cars available. Marion already informed us about the check-in booth on the way there. Upon arrival, we were very warmly welcomed and received a brief introduction to the apartment. Marion also gave us tips about the area and restaurants. We felt very comfortable.

Recommended! Pleasant host, tidy, beautiful, spacious, a lot of what you need as a family. The conservatory was especially great and that we could use the garage. We had a nice getaway.

Yes, we were fully satisfied with the apartment, value for money is fully okay! There was nothing missing, even for the children there were many toys and games available. The trampoline and the swings were great and of course the tricycle. And the way to Buxdehude to the S-Bahn to Hamburg was short with free P+R! So we had a great vacation near Hamburg with our family, and can only recommend the apartment!

We were allowed to spend an extended weekend in Birte's house. From the first moment, we felt very comfortable. The accommodation is very cozy and offers everything you need for a relaxing stay. The quiet location in the middle of the countryside is particularly beautiful - perfect for switching off and relaxing. Thanks to the direct access to the dike, you can spontaneously watch the passing ships and sheep. The sauna is also a nice bonus (costs extra, but the price is okay). All in all, a completely successful stay – we will be happy to come back!

The apartment is a hidden gem! The room is beautiful and the neighborhood is quiet, but at th same time super close to the subway station and their are a lot of grocery stores, coffee shops, and restaurants close by.

"Dat Au Huus" is simply worth every cent. It is very lovingly renovated and equipped with everything you need. There's nothing missing. You feel very comfortable right away. Everything is very, very clean and well maintained. You have a lot of space and the garden and the terrace are also a dream. Communication with Sonja is very friendly, uncomplicated and fast. Exemplary! And their homemade welcome curd cheese balls were very tasty. 👍 We give everything to stars, and definitely recommend this accommodation! Thanks for the nice days.

We had a very relaxing short break at the accommodation. The location is nice and quiet and away from the hustle and bustle of everyday life. In a very short time you are in a small forest and can go for a walk there or at the edges of fields. The location is ideal for switching off, especially with a dog. The small, fenced garden and the possibility of sitting outside are also great. Everything you need is also available in the interior. The hosts are very friendly and respond quickly to questions. We would mist definitely visit again.

We were there as a family - 8 people can easily find space. The house is beautifully furnished, the bathrooms in the basement are great, we felt very comfortable. Maybe you could put some kind of safety device on the stairs to the basement and the first floor, but all in all a great place to recommend. Thank you and best regards, Bettina

A very warm welcome. Maurice and Ingo, open-minded world people who are discreet and reserved, but immediately there for questions and requests. And also a house that leaves nothing to be desired. Actually, I wanted to take a pool vacation, which I also had and enjoyed very much, but the place is more. A house and a landscape that invites you to discover even in winter without a pool, to relax or work from home. If you want, you can immerse yourself in Jules Verne "20,000 Leagues Under the Sea" or in the life or stories of Daphne du Maurier. There's a lot to discover. The most diverse literature, the pictures, the record player with..., in general the tasteful, lovingly furnished apartment. First you look fleetingly at a picture - then you see the story behind it e.g. La prune with a bitten macaron ;-) Macron? or the birds... or...

The accommodation looks even better on site than in the photos. The furnishings, furniture and the entire interior have been selected with high quality and taste. A lot of attention to detail can be seen in every corner. You feel right at home and in good hands. The pool is a dream! You have it all to yourself until 10 pm. Marcel is such a nice and accommodating host! We will definitely be back! I can only recommend this accommodation to anyone who reads this and is still struggling with themselves!

The check-in worked wonderfully without problems, the sauna was fabulous as well as the pool. quiet environment Parking in front of the property wonderful, restaurant just around the corner not far into the city. We felt super comfortable and would definitely use it again and recommend it to others.

This location is beautiful and relaxing. I will miss it as I continue onward with my travels. One thing I would have done different is to purchase a week long pass for the Ferry ride. My travels include using the Ferry daily but that is not the case for everyone. Also schedule additional time for travel using the Ferry because you may not get on the Ferry boat immediately due to the amount of cars waiting. I would anticipate an additional half hour for travel. I loved hearing the birds in the morning and even heard a Cuckoo bird. Fun. I would consider staying there again.

We felt very comfortable in the apartment! There is a blind for the window in the shower (for those who are also asking😉). The garden is a dream and we sat in the sun in the afternoon for an hour or two and watched the chicken gang during their laps. The street was quite noisy during our visit. The windows are super insulated - when they are closed, it's completely unproblematic. But we slept with the window open and then it was quite noisy. Maybe this will be better due to the leaves on the trees in front of the window, but everything was still bare with us. 🙂 The contact with Christoph was super nice, friendly and uncomplicated both before and on site.

A special place to stay! The house is beautiful and modern, with many technological gadgets that make the stay extra comfortable. The pool and trampoline are absolutely gold for children and adults alike. Inga, the friendly host, is very helpful and always ready to answer questions, even after an extensive tour. It is also nice to know that she is staying on the same property, only 25 meters away, which offers extra reassurance. Please note that (during the period we stayed here) there were a lot of mosquitoes and wasps. The house is of course located directly on the forest. This is good to know for future guests. All in all a great experience and a place I would definitely recommend for 2 adults with kids!

Hauke and his family are super pleasant and likeable hosts. We spent over New Year's Eve/New Year with our two dogs in the apartment and will definitely stop here again. We didn't miss anything - the accommodation is well equipped, even a comfortable sofa bed with extra mattress is available. We were able to enjoy New Year's Eve with several rounds of pool billiards (for this, the super large dining table is simply converted into a pool table). The apartment is in a great location for extensive hiking and enjoying the beautiful nature:)

Was always friendly and accommodating, good hospitality. A beautiful environment in a very quiet atmosphere.

There were three of us at Valerie's, with a dog. We really liked this break in the cozy apartment and we immediately felt comfortable. The café serves very delicious cakes, but you can also cook well in the kitchen of the apartment. The old town center is picturesque. The surrounding area invites you to take wonderful walks or hikes in nature. A visit to Lüneburg, which was still decorated for Christmas during our stay, rounded off our program. Thank you for the friendly and calm communication.

Our stay in this tiny house was incredibly relaxing. Everything was perfect, the decor of the tiny house, the quiet atmosphere, the hiking trails. I will definitely recommend this experience and we will definitely choose to repeat it.

Beautiful apartment right on the dike. Well-equipped and lovingly furnished. Great collection of games (for indoors and outdoors). Best connection by bike, cozy place!

Very nice quiet area and yet not too far from Hamburg and Lüneburg. Large old trees determine the settlement. The cottage has everything needed for a short vacation or even a business stay. All in very good and functional condition.

A great and cozy studio in a quiet location. We felt very comfortable right away. So the accommodation was the starting point for many great excursions for the whole Pentecost weekend.

Great accommodation. Modern, pretty, easily accessible, close to nature and quiet. Contactless key handover, simply great! Clean, fresh, with a great view. We spent one night there and for our purposes it was perfectly sufficient.
