Downstairs there is a light airy bedroom with king size bed, a large en-suite shower room and access via patio doors to your own private garden and decked area. Relax in the hot tub spa after a busy day or share a drink on the tree deck built into a 400 year old Oak tree. Cook in a fully equipped kitchen or enjoy the rain whilst sat in a rocking chair. Snooze in a hammock and then relax in front of a film before heading to a comfy king size bed.

The Annex at Waterfield House is a beautiful, light, spacious get away. The bedroom has bifold doors opening to a balcony with views over the Rive Teign estuary down to Shaldon and Teignmouth. The en-suite has a shower and separate bath and there is even a dressing room. Downstairs the entrance opens into the atrium, again with bifold doors opening onto the decking and garden, a lovely spot to enjoy the pastries for breakfast. Loungers are supplied for those lazy moments. Ample parking.

Come and explore the outstanding countryside and Jurassic coastline or visit the many local towns-Sidmouth, Honiton, Lyme Regis or venture into Exeter for something to eat or drink. Exeter airport is a 30-minute drive away and Honiton has a train station with good links to Exeter and London.
