Sparkling clean, very modern in old field stone walls, expansive plenty of space, little light from the outside, much inside, pleasant warmth from underfloor heating, very quiet. Could unfortunately only stay one night.

the Küsselhof is a beautiful place to enjoy the time in nature. mega beautiful interior - we liked to use the great kitchen including record player. the surroundings are wonderfully quiet, you are surrounded by fields and not far away you will find forests for walking and good restaurants. it was a very nice weekend with you and you were great hosts. thank you and see you next time! :)

We stayed at Villa Groth for a week in March. We enjoyed both the location and the apartment with amenities and ambience very much. In any case recommended!

We felt right at home. The apartment was even nicer than in the photos. Everything was clean and nicely decorated. We had everything you could ever need in terms of amenities. The location is really great: quiet and located in the middle of the forest. The apartment above us was also inhabited, but you really don't get anything about it. The highlight was the private sauna. But it takes about half an hour to heat up, but then it will also keep warm for half an hour after the time has elapsed! We can 100% recommend the apartment and will be back for sure!

It's fantastically beautiful there. The garden surrounding the house is more like a lovingly landscaped park with many old trees, seating areas and eye-catchers. All around, only fields, forest, and tranquility. The place is just as beautiful as the photos and very clean. The hosts are nice. I would recommend it to anyone looking for a wonderful place in the middle of beautiful nature and tranquility!

We stayed at the place for 2 days and it was really just wonderful. Getting there was very easy, and the instructions on how to get into the apartment was also very clear. There is free parking space right in front of the building, but always very quickly. However, parking is very cheap in Poland, we decided to park directly in the parking lot that we could see from the room. We will definitely be back!

Quietly located, clean & modern apartment. Great communication with the host! By car, the property is 10 min from the beach. (Walking very far, feasible by bike) We were satisfied and can only recommend the accommodation!

Located in a pretty house, the property is very welcoming, well equipped, spacious and bright. There were four of us (3 adults and 1 toddler) and we had a wonderful time. The surroundings are beautiful and invite you to stroll (among many lilac trees), the nearby lake is very idyllic and can be reached on foot via a beautiful path. Daniel is a very attentive host, we felt very welcome. Thank you!

We were in the apartment to relax from the hustle and bustle of the big city. The apartment delivered exactly that and we were thrilled with the evening frog croaking and the bats. Always happy to come back. The apartment was excellently equipped and left nothing to be desired.

The view is great and a few steps away is a cute harbor bistro with delicious food at reasonable prices, cocktails and soft drinks and nice service. We (two adults + two children 4 and 5 years) felt very comfortable in Bernd's Achterkajüte! You can tell - in a positive sense! - that a private landlord is at work here, who cares about the well-being of his guests and the condition of his vacation property! From the very friendly welcome to the impeccable apartment (well photographed, as shown in the photos), the use of the spacious garden for playing football with the children, the family-friendly environment in Loddin with delicious restaurant (recommendation: Kikis Bootsverleih & Restaurant in Loddin), the good location on Usedom... A beautiful apartment - the pictures correspond to the facts. In the kitchen, everything is more than sufficient, so you can cook for everyone without problems. We had enough space with four people, the washing machines and dryers in house 3 are new, which we could use at any time free of charge. The harbor residence is a little off the beaten path, which above all gives peace and quiet. Here you don't notice the crowds that romp on Usedom. Ahlbeck and Heringsdorf can be reached in about 15 minutes by car, where you can stroll along the promenade or go swimming in the Baltic Sea spa. All shops are available and at least one supermarket in Ahlbeck is also open on Sundays. The airport near the residence is hardly noticeable, only on Saturdays you have to expect several landings or take-offs. Directly at the airport is a restaurant where you can eat at affordable prices. This is easily accessible on foot. Thank you.

We had a wonderful stay! The atmosphere in the accommodation was very pleasant – cozy, stylish and furnished with a lot of love for detail. The wellness area was a great extra and perfectly rounded off the stay. The view from the apartment was also particularly beautiful – just to feel good. The exchange with the host was also absolutely smooth and very friendly. Clear recommendation!

We had a nice vacation in the apartment, which we used as a starting point for bike tours. The kitchen is adequately equipped and everything was very clean. The swimming pool and the hot tub were great. The bed is very comfortable and the balcony to the west is very nice, overlooking the small marina. I'm sure we'll be back! Thanks

A beautiful view from the window is the deciding factor. Bonuses in the form of a panorama, a pool is super. I recommend it to everyone.

We stayed with Aleksandra for two nights and were positively surprised when we entered the accommodation. The apartment was just as nice and modernly furnished as in the photos. Very high quality equipped and extremely clean. Directly at the apartment there is a cozy terrace with outdoor couch and on the roof of the building there was a swimming pool, jacuzzi and sauna at our disposal. Also there is very clean, well maintained and modern. Communication with Aleksandra was also impeccable. During the booking, we made an error that would only have been corrected by a paid cancellation, but both Aleksandra and the AirBNB customer service were very accommodating and responded to our requests. We will be happy to come back.

Renata's accommodation was simply breathtaking. There were four of us and we felt completely comfortable. An absolute highlight was of course the 360-degree roof terrace and the whirlpool. The apartment was very clean and equipped with everything you need. Communication with Renata was very straightforward and fast. We had a fantastic stay and would be happy to come back.

We had an all-around perfect stay! The place was super equipped – there was really nothing missing. Everything was modern, clean and furnished with a lot of love for detail. The spa area was particularly great, which made our stay even more relaxing. The newly opened kiosk in the lower part of the building was ideal for a few snacks, a quick dinner or even for the fresh, daily rolls in the morning. The location is ideal for exploring the surroundings, and thanks to the great communication from start to finish, we felt well taken care of at all times. The hosts Danuta & Jens are super friendly and also provided us with current and personal excursion tips as well as great restaurant recommendations. We would come back anytime – highly recommended!
