Bungalow surrounded by the greenery of the pine forest, ideal for a quiet stay in Eraclea Mare. The beach is only 80 mt away. The bungalow features a semi-enclosed outdoor shower and a private garden where up to two cars can be parked. The porch in front of the entrance has a table and chairs for outdoor meals. The property includes A/C (check below) and a Smart TV, a rechargeable Wi-Fi. It comfortably accommodates up to 4 guests, with one double bedroom and one bedroom with two single beds. For a fifth guest, a fold-away bed is available in the dining area, easy to open and store. The bathroom has a window and a practical shower box. A short path in front leads directly to the sea, with a beach club offering bar, umbrellas, sunbeds, and a children’s play area. My accommodation,well located,is a good solution for a sojour at Cavallino Treporti. It is easy to reach Venice and St. Mark' square. There is a pubblic boat every 30 min. leaving from Punta Sabbioni to Venice. My house has got all comforts and was recentely renovated. It is situated next to the beach and to the bus stop to reachVenice or Jesolo. Private place on the beach, garage or parking lot are included. It is the ideal accommodation for couples, family with children or business travellers.

I Bungalow 2 Camere sono in legno, moderni, rifiniti con cura, arredati con gusto e immersi nella pineta. Le tende che chiudono elegantemente la terrazza esterna assicurano privacy e riservatezza. Ogni bungalow è dotato di un piccolo scoperto verde, perfetto per i bambini e i loro giochi all’aperto, ma comodo anche per i più grandi che desiderano rilassarsi all’ombra della pineta. Comodi al viale che porta alla spiaggia, i bungalow sono a pochi passi dalla spiaggia.

I nostri bungalow sorgono a 800 m dal mare, in una zona molto tranquilla con la possibilità di godersi una vacanza con il mare a due passi e immersi nella natura, con tutti i servizi nelle vicinanze. Una pista ciclabile percorre tutto il litorale. Potrete anche acquistare i prodotti di stagione dell'azienda agricola Valleri . Io e la mia famiglia saremo lieti di darvi tutte le informazioni di cui avrete bisogno. Lingue parlate: tedesco, italiano, inglese poco :-)
