Holiday rentals with a washing machine and dryer in Canal Saint-Martin

Sjarmerende leilighet i et levende og sjarmerende strøk. Leiligheten var ren og veldig godt utstyrt. Vinduene var godt isolert så det kunne bli helt stille. Vi manglet ingen ting og anbefaler den gjerne for et Pariser opphold i strøket Marais.

The flat is quiet and located in a vibrant part of town, very accessible, surrounded by restaurants, bars and shops. We had a great stay, thanks again!

Our family loved our stay. The apartment itself is beautiful, quiet, and comfortable with all amenities needed. You step outside to a fantastic neighborhood with lots of shops and restaurants, yet inside is peaceful and calm. Our family was able to walk to many of the things we wanted to do from this ideally located apartment. Laura and Veronique are great hosts with clear and timely communications and lots of recommendations. We would love to stay here again.

Katia’s place is small but mighty! Centered around a true local atmosphere, it’s a great place to escape the hustle and bustle of the tourist attractions. We specifically booked Katia’s place because the commute to Stade De France is super convenient - only 1 stop away on the RER. Additionally there are tons of cute local restaurants and shops right at your doorstep. Great visit!

We were three sisters and we each had our own bed in this cute apartment. The washer/dryer came in handy. The bathroom is in the bedroom with the larger bed and the toilet closet is in the front hall after you walk in; smart set up. The ladder to get to the lofted bed is steep and narrow so be aware of the physical requirements to get in and out of that bed. All beds were super comfortable and the property was spotless. We rented the apartment starting from the day before we arrived because our flight landed at 6am. Our hosts were gracious in letting us arrive super early and even had someone there to greet us. Very easy would recommend this spot!

Antoine's place was a perfect base for the two weeks my wife and I spent in Paris. The apartment was clean, quiet, and well laid out. Antoine was a super responsive and helpful host, and the location could not have been better for exploring both the vibrant local neighborhood and the wider city. We look forward to coming back!

The Cezanne apartment was lovely - the decor is beautiful and the hosts have thought of everything to make guests feel comfortable and well taken care of - highly recommend.

Nous recommandons vivement l'appartement de Pauline. Il est en effet très bien conçu, facile d'accès avec, en prime, un ascenseur et, cerise sur le gâteau, avec une vue très belle sur Paris.

The townhome was perfect for my family of four. We could all spread out on the three levels. The place was very clean and comfortable. We enjoyed eating at restaurants a short walk from the townhome. There are grocery stores nearby as well. We took the metro all over Paris and had a very enjoyable trip! The host was super communicative and allowed us to leave our bags there before checkin. We are very happy with our choice and would stay there again. Merci !!

J aurai aimé garder l adresse secrète ….Un véritable bijou caché à Paris. Ce petit duplex est sans doute l’un des Airbnbs les plus surprenants que j’aie pu découvrir : un lit d’un confort exceptionnel, un aménagement raffiné, des finitions haut de gamme, et un charme fou. L’accueil a été tout simplement inoubliable : un bouquet de roses fraîches, une bouteille de champagne, des croissants chaque matin, sans oublier toutes les attentions pour mon chien — tout y est pensé dans les moindres détails. Face au jardin du Luxembourg , avec des pâtisseries, des restaurants et des lieux mythiques à deux pas, un bus devant la porte, et tout Paris à bicyclette… On se sent immédiatement parisien, avec l’envie irrésistible de le devenir pour toujours. Ce nid est si agréable qu’on ne veut plus en sortir. Et pourtant, je viens d’un petit paradis en Floride. C’est dire…

Quartier très agréable et très animé en soirée : tout est accessible à pied. La place de parking privative est un vrai plus. L’appartement est en tout point conforme aux photos et à la description : 1 chambre double au RDC plus une SDB et un chambre d’enfants; à l’étage grand salon lumineux avec cuisine très bien équipée + suite parentale avec douche. Seul léger bémol : les chambres ne disposant pas de volets, les rideaux n’occultent qu’à 80% la lumière du jour où des voisins d’en face (qui doivent être insomniaques; mdr); mais rien de très grave et c’est largement compensé par la qualité de la literie et du logement dans son ensemble ! En bref nous recommandons et nous reviendrons ! Un grand merci à Daphné qui nous a permis, lors de notre arrivée, de récupérer le logement 2h avant l’horaire prévu (ce qui nous a permis une petite visite au musée Grévin tout proche)

We spent three nights at Anne's place and loved the experience. Literally cannot think of a single complaint. The house was built in 1905 and it's clear that Anne has taken really good care of the place. Comfortable bedrooms and lots of spaces to hang out. The garden was beautiful. We would definitely return if we ever make it back to Paris!

Seemless experience,the house was extremely clean and very well furnished in a way were me and my family were comfortable in the home.We liked very much the private parking for our car which was perfect for us.The house was fully equipped and really fulfilled all of our needs.Our host Fatiha was very engaging and helpful and we didn’t find any difficulties in the check in or check out.The perfect place to stay when in France.

Pierre was an incredible host! The private Villa was inside a gated historic community. You immediately feel safe and are in awe, of the cozy space. Inside the sixth District, which was close to everything we wanted to see while visiting Paris the Metro was only a six minute walk, restaurants and cafés abundantly located nearby. Pierre went the extra mile to allow us early entrance and had us picked up from the airport. I would recommend this beautiful space to anyone I know. Pierre was readily available to answer. All questions in his hospitality was top notch.. Thank you for letting us visit. We look forward to future stays. Merci Beaucoup.

Lovely quirky small house right in the centre of Paris with great transport links and walking distance to lots of the attractions too. The house was perfect for our needs as a family of 5 (2 adults and 3 children.) We loved the style and even though in central Paris it felt like a very quiet and safe space. The host was always very responsive to messages, sent clear directions and instructions for entry. We were very grateful to be allowed an earlier check in and later check out time. Thank you very much for a brilliant stay!

Ein wundervoller Aufenthalt – absolut empfehlenswert! Wir hatten einen großartigen Aufenthalt in dieser Unterkunft in der Nähe von Paris! Die Wohnung war makellos sauber, liebevoll eingerichtet und perfekt ausgestattet – es hat uns wirklich an nichts gefehlt. Die Lage ist ideal: ruhig, aber trotzdem sehr gut angebunden. Mit der Bahn ist man in ca. 20–30 Minuten im Herzen von Paris. Besonders hervorheben möchten wir die Gastfreundschaft und Hilfsbereitschaft der Gastgeberin/des Gastgebers. Die Kommunikation war unkompliziert, herzlich und schnell – schon im Vorfeld wurden alle unsere Fragen beantwortet. Nach einem erlebnisreichen Tag in der Stadt war es wunderbar, abends in diese gemütliche und ruhige Unterkunft zurückzukehren. Wir würden jederzeit wiederkommen und können den Aufenthalt uneingeschränkt weit

The location is very convenient — the metro is right under the building. All the necessary shops, cafes, and restaurants are nearby. The Eiffel Tower is about a 20–25 minute walk away. The kitchen, bathroom, and rooms were clean, with all the necessary amenities and even more. Wi-Fi worked perfectly, and there’s a fan in case it gets hot — and it was hot! The host was incredibly responsive — we communicated in broken English, but still managed to understand each other and sort everything out. Check-in was easy, everything works with access codes, super simple. The place matches the description and is definitely worth the price!

Awesome Stay in the Marais! We had such a great time at this apartment. The location was perfect—right near tons of shops, restaurants, and bars. Even with all that nearby, the place was super quiet and had a lot of charm. We happened to be there during the “Fête de la Musique,” and even with the music festival going on outside, we all slept really well. It was also super hot while we were in Paris, but the apartment stayed nice and cool during the hottest parts of the day. Everything worked just as expected, and we felt totally comfortable the whole time. We’d definitely stay here again on our next trip to Paris!

Que dire de cet emplacement… INCROYABLE!!! C’est encore plus beau en vrai! J’étais un peu craintive vu que je voyageais en solo mais pas du tout; super sécuritaire comme endroit! Et Kazumi, ben on voudrait tous l’avoir dans notre famille! Elle m’a même offert des petits gâteaux au départ 🥰 Je recommande fortement cet endroit. J’espère y retourner un jour! Merci!!!

Asunto oli hieno, tilava ja rauhallinen. Se vastasi kuvausta. Majoituimme viikon, joten oli hienoa, kun saimme nukuttua hyvin. Metrolla pääsi hyvin kulkemaan ja lähellä oli tarvittavat kaupat ruokaostosten tekemiseen. Francois oli oikein ystävällinen ja auttavainen. Voisimme yöpyä uudelleen.

Nice flat, was clean and quiet at night. The sofa bed was comfortable. Lovely area with lots of restaurants and bars nearby while not being too busy. Very near the metro so easy to travel to other parts of Paris.

We just had the most incredible stay at Denis’s apartment in the Marais. The whole stay from check-in to check-out felt effortless. Check-in was easy and convenient, and I appreciate that he gave me the instructions in advance so I had no last-minute stress of figuring out what to do! Expectations were very clear, Denis clarified before even accepting our booking that there is no A/C, but even with the much hotter temperatures than normal for June we found the apartment well ventilated and comfortable. There was tons of space for two people, and having access to a washer/dryer was a huge plus! The apartment was also very clean and well maintained. Check-out was also a breeze, and throughout our stay Denis was not only responsive but proactive- he messaged multiple times to make sure we had gotten in OK and that we had no issues or concerns. Would highly highly recommend this Airbnb!!!

Siam and Morgane were great hosts, since we arrived in the city early they were accommodating, letting us drop our bags off early before check in. The place was nice, beds pretty comfy. It had everything that we needed for a short stay. And was super nice that it had two bedrooms! Note: it was very hot in Paris (30+) so the flat was quite warm, especially at night. They kindly provided cooling machines that did help! Good to know: while the location is well connected, very close to the metro - it’s also not the nicest area near the station either. The flat itself is in a court yard and set back from the street so luckily it was not noisy!

The location was so perfect. Beautiful view of the Effiel tower. Close to the metro, easy access for taxis and a bus stop out front. However the home is also walkable to many key points in the city as well. The home decor is so chic and the space comes equipped with all you need to be comfortable. The beds are comfy. The shower is hot ….or cold if that’s your vibe. Having a washing machine was excellent. The refrigerator allowed us to savor leftovers as desired. There is plenty of space to unpack and store your clothes and luggage in the master closet. The towels were thick and comforting especially when we used the heating rack (for towels) Nicolas gave many recommendations which were appreciated. I loved the coffee shop one door down and had a cappuccino daily! Remember your magnetic key fob! Your arrival entry instructions are slightly different than the next day entry instructions.
