Holiday rentals with beach access in Cannaregio Canal

Staying here was the best part of our trip so far. Beautiful and everything within access. It was a breeze and had no difficulties. The host was really helpful and understanding. I couldn't have asked for more! Thank you!

Apart from the initial difficulty getting into the apartment - Luciano gave us the wrong door code - it was excellent and a great location for any trip to Venice. Very comfortable beds, great kitchen and bathroom, quiet but convenient and a wonderful haven to come home to after a busy day.

Appartement fidèle à la description et aux photos. Alessandra était très réactive. Chouette emplacement pour visiter Venise un peu en dehors de la cohue touristique.

L’appartement de Nicolo est parfait. Tout est bien pensé, il ne manque rien. La décoration est sobre, tout à fait adapté à un Airbnb. Très bien situé, aussi bien pour accéder aux plages, que pour aller visiter Venise. Nicolo est réactif, tout s’est très bien passé, merci.

I’ve stayed in a lot of Airbnbs and Marta’s place is definitely one of the best ones. From helpful instructions and communication before arrival to a colourfully designed clean and bright apartment with beautiful views right in the centre of Burano. We loved our stay in Lido. The apartment was clean, spacious and in a great location. The neighborhood was peaceful and close to the beach, shops and restaurants. The beds were also very comfortable, and it was a great place to return home to after a long day of exploring.

Loved the location of this apartment- felt safe, even though we came at night! Very close to the heart of Venice (Rialto bridge being a 10 minute walk). The house had great amenities including laundry which we were able to utilize. Definitely was very hot (though there were fans, but no AC). Easy and clear instructions on how to get to the airbnb from the airport.

I highly recommend booking Andrea’s place in Venice. It was the perfect stay, with very thorough and clear instructions checking in. It is spacious, relaxing and offers privacy. The spa was absolutely perfect for relaxing after a long day of walking and enjoying the accommodations of the city. Andrea was also very kind enough to check in through messaging and make sure we had everything we needed. You’ll be highly satisfied and definitely feel that you got your money’s worth in this location. 10/10!!!

Perfect home to stay

Wir hatten eine wunderschöne Zeit in dem Haus von Mattia. Es war blitzsauber, in jedem Schlaf- und Wohnzimmer mit einer Klimaanlage versehen und es hatte überall Rolläden+Insektenschutzgitter. Mattia selbst war ein sehr freundlicher, hilfsbereiter und kinderfreundlicher Gastgeber, welcher hervorragend Deutsch gesprochen hat. Wir können ihn und seine Unterkuft definitiv empfehlen und kommen auch gerne wieder!

Bellissimo appartamento, in una posizione molto tranquilla. Cucina e bagno attrezzati, è tutto curato nei minimi dettagli. Purtroppo la sera a Burano non ci sono molti posti aperti, sarebbe stato meglio organizzarsi per cenare a casa. Con i bambini bisogna stare attenti alla scala che è un po’ esposta. Super consigliata!

Die Wohnung ist ideal , um mit dem Wasserboot Venedig zu besuchen und sich dann auf dem Lido vom Trubel zu erholen. Das Meer mit öffentlichen Strandzugang ist nur ein paar Minuten entfernt! Mit dem Bus oder Fahrrad kommt man leicht zum Ableger (10-15Minuten). Die Wohnung ist sehr sauber und gut ausgestattet.Schöne Terrasse und Balkon mit Meerblick! Tey ist sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit.

We loved the aesthetic and location of Michele’s family summer house on Lido. It’s a proper 1960s gem. Well equipped and clean. Michele was super helpful. Was nice to be a little bit away from the craziness of Venice in a chilled neighbourhood.

Wonderful apartment. The apartment is very clean, has everything you need for a holiday. Quiet romantic corner near the water. I highly recommend for a trip to Venice. Communication with Elena was great. We will definitely come back again.

When our original flat was cancelled at the last minute we were so relieved that Nena and Elena were able to give us a later check-in and accommodate us. They were both in touch on our day of arrival and we felt very reassured - great hosts. The house was lovely, lots of space, very quiet at night and we slept so well. Thank you

Wir haben für 4 Tage die Unterkunft bewohnt, wir waren 2 Erwachsene und 2 Kinder (6 und 11). Größe hat gut gepasst. Es war eine angenehme Gegend und alles in unmittelbarer Nähe (Supermarkt, Bäcker, Wasserbushaltestelle LIDO und auch zum Strand (wir waren am free beach) war es nicht weit. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Die Restaurantempfehlungen waren sehr gut! Die Türen zum kleinen Innenhof hatten Fliegengitter, Temperatur war im Mai noch sehr angenehm, Klimaanlage brauchten wir noch nicht. Praktisch fanden wir, dass Handtücher, Duschgel, Seife, Klopapier… vorhanden war.

Wir waren sehr zufrieden: die Wohnung lag einen „Steinwurf“ vom Meer entfernt, wir hatten einen tollen Blick vom Balkon aufs Meer, mit wenigen Schritten war man in der Shoppingmeile, die Wohnung war sehr sauber, man konnte mit Cinzia deutsch sprechen - es hat einfach alles gepasst, um sich erholen zu können! Vielen lieben Dank, Cinzia, wir kommen wieder!

Nous avons passé une magnifique semaine dans cette maison pleine de charme avec notre enfant. Le premier étage est conçu comme un appartement bien équipé avec un accès sur une terrasse et un jardin coquet. La localisation sur l'île du Lido est idéale : un quartier calme, à seulement quelques minutes à pied du vaporetto pour rejoindre Venise, avec de bons restaurants accessibles à proximité et la plage à 15 minutes à pieds. Un grand merci à Carla et son époux pour leur accueil chaleureux, leur disponibilité et leurs précieux conseils tout au long du séjour. Nous avons apprécié leur réactivité et leur bienveillance. Nous avons adoré cette parenthèse paisible et recommandons cette adresse sans hésiter !

Wir waren zu viert da und es hat uns sehr gefallen! Das Apartment ist wunderschön und die Anlage ruhig und luxuriös.

Appartement très joli au premier avec petit balcon et vue sur la mer. Très confortable, joliment décoré, lumineux. bien situé à 500m d'une grande plage et forêt de pins. Pour aller à Venise le mieux c'est de prendre le bus pour la station des vaporetto (15mn), et y acheter un pass (24,48,72h ou 7j) qui vous permettra d'utiliser comme bon vous semble, les bus et les vaporettos, ce qui, pour quelques jours est très économique.

Wir hatten einen wunderschönen Aufenthalt, super Lage, moderne Ausstattung, alles, was man braucht. Strand nur 5 min entfernt, super Einkaufsmöglichkeiten, super Pool. Markus war immer erreichbar und war die ganze Zeit sehr behilflich

Wir haben uns in der Wohnung von Giulia von Anfang an sehr wohl gefühlt. Der Check-In war auch dank der guten Kommunikation sehr einfach. Die Wohnung ist super sauber, ordentlich und es fehlt an nichts. Das Bett war sehr bequem, die Küche ist gut ausgestattet. Toll ist auch, dass es überall zu öffnende Fliegengitter gibt und Rolladen zum Abdunkeln. Ein toller Ausgangspunkt für Fahrradtouren, der Strand ist gleich um die Ecke und direkt in der Anlage gibt es ein nettes, kleines Café/ Bistro, wo wir am Nachmittag unseren Cappuccino genossen haben. Wir würden jederzeit wieder kommen.

Ho soggiornato nell'alloggio di Paolo con il mio compagno e i nostri due bambini di 4 e 1 anno. Spazi confortevoli e adatti anche a bambini piccoli, terrazzino e mansarda top, camere e bagni grandi. Paolo un host disponibile, sia per le informazioni che per gli orari di check in e check out. Gli Alberoni è un luogo meraviglioso, un' oasi adatta a ricaricare le batterie! Una piacevole scoperta.
