Perfect location, 10-min walking distance from the train station, few steps away from public boat transport, local restaurants (not tourist traps) and bars. IMP: the apt is on the top (4th floor, great view and no mold) of a building WITHOUT ELEVATOR. Extra fee for check-ins after 8 pm (see below)
