Small cozy house on the bends of the Seine

No wifi Cosy house, on the banks of the Seine river, in the heart of the Boucles de la Seine National Park. The rental is located next to ours but it's not overlooked.There is a private terrace & seperate entrance as well as direct access to the walkway along the Seine(passing through our garden). Free parking. 1 dog + 1 cat live on the property but won’t bother you. The couch bed is suitable for children. The lake (with nautical activities):2km The village:1.5km Rouen: 25km Duclair:8km

Escape to our cosy 75m² apartment, where every window offers a panoramic view of the Seine. The south-facing aspect ensures exceptional brightness in the large living space. The well-equipped kitchen opens onto a conservatory. The apartment can comfortably accommodate up to 4 guests in two bedrooms, each with a 140 cm double bed. The bathroom with its bubble bath promises relaxing moments. Linen and cleaning included. Free parking. From June 2026: bicycle storage available.

The small quiet house at the end of the landscaped garden is fully equipped to make you feel right at home.
