Lovely place, curated in every detail. Outdoor it is exactly like the pics, inside it’s even better, with comfortable and cozy spaces. I cannot think of anything more we could have asked for. Thanks Ilaria Maria for hosting us, you are a role model for every airbnb owner!

The house is comfortable with nice views and plenty of outdoor space. Sonia was waiting to welcome us when we arrived with a bottle of wine. She recommended some great places for drinks, meals, and beaches. The house was clean, and Sonia was super responsive. I would happily stay their on another visit.

Roberto is a perfect, attentive and welcoming host. His cottage is "Tiny", but cozy and well located a stone's throw from the historic center of Capalbio and a minute's drive from the sea. Immersed in silence, it gave me peace and relaxation. Recommended.
