Holiday rentals with an EV charger in Cavallino-Treporti

What a cute and comfortable place in the quiet mostly car free part of the city with an easy walk to everything. Fantastic hosts with great communication and who obviously give a lot of thought and care to make your stay easy and enjoyable. Will stay here again next time I’m visiting Chioggia.

Die Kommunikation mit der Gastgeberin war sehr gut. Sie war uns gegenüber stets sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit und hat auf alle Anfragen schnell reagiert und uns wertvolle Tipps gegeben. Das Zentrum von Padova ist fußläufig s.gut erreichbar. Aus diesem Grund ist es toll, dass man für 20 Euro pro Tag einen Autoabstellplatz im geschlossenen Innenhof dazu buchen kann und sein Auto so sicher und gut aufgehoben weiß. Für 4 Erwachsene, die sich vielleicht länger in der Wohnung aufhalten möchten und dort auch kochen wollen, ist die Wohnung vielleicht etwas knapp bemessen. Für uns (2 Erwachsene und 2 Kinder), welche die Wohnung primär zum Übernachten genutzt haben, war der Platz absolut ausreichend. Das Badezimmer hat eine angenehme Größe und die Regendusche ist sehr großzügig bemessen. Das Apartment ist von der Lage her absolut perfekt und empfehlenswert. Insgesamt hatten wir einen tollen Aufenthalt, danke noch einmal für die Gastfreundschaft! Wir werden gerne wieder kommen!

Giulia’s place is incredible! Beautiful, clean, private, felt like home. Giulia is responsible and really kind. Everything was perfect!

Giancarlo is a very friendly host, and always helps / reacts to messages. He also speaks good English. The apartment is very modern and everything is as you can see it on the pictures. I stayed there for 4 months for studying and i am very happy that i chose this place to stay.

Casa pulita e posto tranquillo e molto bello

Casa molto bella come da foto, spazi puliti ed ordinati con tutti i comfort. Alessandro è stato un host molto disponibile. Se dovessimo tornare in queste zone terremo in considerazione questa soluzione. 🙂

Ev sahibimiz Walter çok ilgili ve çok sıcakkanlıydı. Evi çok kolay bulduk. Ev ile ilgili talimatları çok netti. Ev çok kullanışlıydı. Eşyalar yeterli ve temizdi. Ben eşim ve kızım çok rahat ettik. Mestreden adaya otobüsle çok kolay ulaştık. Ev otobüs durağına çok yakındı (3-4 dk) Evin hemen karşısında büyük bir market vardı. Tüm ihtiyaçlarımızı kolaylıkla temin ettik. Venedik harika bir yer. Adada konaklamak istemeyenler burayı hiç tereddüt etmeden tutabilirler.

Recomendado totalmente .! Llegamos y nos fuimos en taxi privado (lo coordino uno de estos el anfitrión enfrente del airbn ) y eso fue de gran ayuda pues son muchos canales en Venecia ! Para mi familia de 04 la pasamos cómodos y a gusto ! Hay un super enfrente cruzando el canal muy conveniente !. Y lo turístico y zonas de interés a pie las hicimos con facilidad .! Es una zona residencial de Venecia lo cual lo hace más bonita la experiencia .!

Wir waren zu acht und hatten traumhafte Tage in diesem wunderschönen Haus. Der Garten bietet viele gemütliche Sitz- und Liegemöglichkeiten, die Ausstattung lässt keine Wünsche offen: vier große Schlafzimmer mit jeweils eigenem Bad, bequeme Betten, riesige Duschen, Klimaanlagen in jedem Zimmer und eine perfekt ausgestattete Küche. Alles ist gepflegt, sicher, beleuchtet – sogar überdachte Parkplätze sind vorhanden. Die Mülltrennung ist klar geregelt. Besonders bedanken möchten wir uns bei den herzlichen Gastgebern Christine und ihrem Mann: Zur Begrüßung gab es Prosecco und frische Blumen, zum Abschied liebe Worte – so viel Wärme erlebt man selten. Auch Umberto vor Ort war sehr hilfsbereit. Die Lage ist perfekt für Ausflüge, z. B. nach Venedig, ein Supermarkt ist gleich in der Nähe. Selbst als große Gruppe hat man viel Platz zum Rückzug oder Zusammensein. Ein wunderbarer Ort – wir sagen von Herzen Danke!

Die Unterkunft war wunderbar! Wir haben uns direkt wie Zuhause gefühlt 😊 es war alles da, was man für einen Aufenthalt benötigt. Das Bad war wunderschön und sehr sauber. Das Apartment war sehr schön eingerichtet und der Außenbereich war sehr gemütlich. Auch die Gastgeberinnen waren sehr freundlich und haben immer schnell auf unsere Fragen geantwortet. Wir waren mit dem Auto unterwegs und für uns war die Lage super.

Мы с семьей путешествовали по Италии и остановились на две ночи в этом приятном месте. Атмосфера большого дома была очень уютной и спокойной. Мы просыпались под пение птиц. Бесплатная парковка для нашего автомобиля находилась в нескольких метрах от входа. Marziano встретил нас и показал свой дом, подробно проинструктировал нас о том как работает техника в доме. К вечеру стало немного прохладно и Marziano, по нашей просьбе включил дополнительное отопление. В доме три спальни и три больших ванных комнаты. Советы Marziano по выбору ресторана были очень полезны. Мы посетили один из рекомендованных рыбных ресторанов. Это было замечательно. На машине было удобно добираться до всех интересных мест нашего путешествия. Спасибо Marziano за гостеприимство.

Sehr schöne Wohnung mit grossem Garten ind ruhiger Lage. nächste Stadt, Strand in 7 Fahrminuten erreichbar. Sehr freundliche Gastgeberin und alles hat problemlos geklappt.

Luciano et sa femme nous ont fait un très bon accueil, se sont des personnes à l'ecoute, et très gentilles, nous avons passé un agréable séjour, tout était parfait, au calme et notre toutou avait un grand jardin pour jouer. de jolies balades à faire et aussi de bons restaurant. Nous recommandons.

Ivano & Sara were very welcoming, kind and hospitable. It was a perfect house for a family reunion sleeping 10 and we were comfortable and cool with the air-conditioning & pool. The views of the vineyards with fig trees and vines in the garden were stunning. We enjoyed trips to Venice, the Dolomites & prosecco tasting during our stay.

Nice place to stay with kids, close to the sea (about 10 minutes walk), place for outdoor games like soccer etc., close to a grocery store (also with great local wine :o) and next to a pizzeria. Also close to a boat trip to Venice. We stayed there for 5 days. Alberto is a very helpful and easy-going person. We can recommend this accommodation. Enjoy the journey :o) and say ciao to Alberto from us :o)

Appartamento molto bello, posizione ottimale e la signora Egle accogliente e molto gentile

Le logement de Jenny est une très bonne surprise pour nous ! Nous y avons passé une seule nuit avant de prendre l'avion tôt le matin mais nous y serions bien resté un peu plus ! C'est un appartement spacieux avec tout le confort nécessaire ! Attention que nous avons particulièrement appréciée : deux dosettes de café et de quoi prendre un petit déjeuner nous attendait ! Au vu du peu de temps que nous avions, cela nous a vraiment fait plaisir ! Par ailleurs, je recommande cet appartement pour le gens comme nous qui prenait l'avion a l'aéroport car nous avons pu faire le trajet a pied en 20 min sans nous presser ! Parfait !

The location of Carlo’s apartment was perfect for access to the Venezia Mestre train station, a quick 10 minute train ride to Venezia St. Lucia. Carlos was very responsive, and gave very good restaurant recommendations. The apartment itself had everything we needed for our family of 4 - with a refrigerator, a combination washer/dryer unit, central air conditioning, and comfortable beds. We would stay here again if in the area.

We stayed here after booking very last minute due to changes in our travel plans. Stella was incredibly kind and helpful, responded very quickly to all of our questions, and made us feel welcome. We wish we could have stayed longer and we definitely plan to go back!

Aparatamento ótimo, bem localizado com um supermercado ao lado, super limpo e equipado. Ficamos um dia, de quarta para quinta feira e deu um problema no ar condicionado, precisamos abrir a janela para ventilar. Talvez por isso ouvimos muito barulho de caminhão de lixo muito cedo. Ainda assim recomendamos bastante o apartamento
